I cannot say enough about Bright Side Assisted Living. I was very sad when my mother had to be put into an assisted living facility, but the staff has been so extraordinary that my worries were soon gone. They treated my mom with dignity and respect and she loves living at the facility. The staff was very friendly and the nursing care was excellent. As time went on, I found this to be the best decision that I made for my mom. She is happy, well taken care of and treated like a queen. Thank you to the staff at Bright Side for being so incredible with my mom. I wish there were more of you for the other people who need the best assisted living facility.

My mother in law was blessed to be in the care of the Angels at BrightSide! She was treated as if she were one of their family! She lived at BrightSide for 3 years until she was 99 yrs old. We couldnt have asked for better piece of mind than to have her treated in the loving hands of the staff at Bright Side. Thank you for your kindness and support.

I can not thank Bright Side staff enough for all the care they provided my mother during her stay there. My mom is not an easy person to deal with and required high level of care because of her condition. She loved the staff at Bright Side and had a very nice experience during her last years. She felt she was genuinely loved and cared for by the staff. She was treated with dignity and respect even during her last days as a hospice patient there.Louie and her family (staff) made a very good impression since day 1 of my moms stay at Bright Side. They are very caring people.They gave my mom as much independence that she could have while keeping her safeThe care management was great. I was able to sleep soundly when i moved my mom to Bright Side from 2 other residential care homes in the area. They help a lot with my moms care management.I was able to relax while still actively participate with my moms care. I felt like i wasnt alone at all giving her the attention and the care she needsSomething that is very important to me is the cleanliness. The house is always well kept and clean. The management and staff do a very good job in maintaining the house neat and tidy highly recommend Bright Side and i will surely refer people i know to this place. I am so glad i found this place for my mother.
