Ten grand a month not worth five grand. Found 3 homes within a mile who were better staffed, better trained, professional, caring with a huge savings. Mother yelled, " they are cruel" when I visited her on their cold porch.

Owner had blue dyed hair is bombastic and had hair trigger temper which is the smallest reason we gave our 30 day notice, paid in full and pulled mom out of there. We didn't even feel safe so we had the sheriff make a keep the peace visit with us to get her out. Mom had a stage 3 bedsore that was huge and bleeding and we feel lucky we gave her the full payment early she demanded which goes against her contract & moved mom to a semi-private room for just her & still saved money. She even barked at the sheriff.Their strict visiting guidelines which also goes against their own contract makes us wonder what goes on behind closed doors. If you feel inclined to have your loved one in this home and are able to ignore being yelled at ( for asking about her Eloquis or showing up 5 minutes early for a " scheduled & controlled " visit) just a few examples, research the new Esters Law & put a camera in your loved ones room when that new law is implemented. This was my experience and is my opinion. This place was like a rocky horror picture show for me.

As a healthcare professional and dealing with multiple issues health and otherwise. I can safely say this home is wonderfully run, staff are caring and reliable, it is clean, respectful and provides very excellent personalized care. The owner-Administrator is personally involved and cares deeply for each of these residents
