Both, Mom and Dad are residents.(CEO)Nancy Snyders lifelong career working with memory care patients has provided amazing leadership and knowledge creating the most loving, caring staff team.This team of people take care of our loved ones by providing daily individual care for each of them. This is not just a resident home for our parents, this is a family atmosphere. We have comfort in knowing Mom and Dad are safe, nurtured, and cared for.The monthly family support group they have, has helped us to better understand and cope with changes Mom and Dad are experiencing.Journey is a very clean, modern, stylish facility f you have a loved one in need of memory care, you need to visit Journey. I stop in most days of the week to check on my dad who resides at Journey. No matter what time of the day or day of the week that I am there, the staff is always courteous and friendly and will let me know how dad is doing today or what he has been doing that day. They are so willing to help with anything we request.

We couldnt be happier with the care Dad is receiving at Journey! Nancy and Kenny and their family and all the staff provide so much love to all the residents and create an environment so close to their own home. Beautiful place. Nancy is wonderful. She was my administrator and is very knowledgeable about many aspects. Shes also very caring for staff and residents alike. So happy to have a facility like this in the area for those that need it.

I cant say enough wonderful things about the cleanliness of the facility and the amazing care that our loved ones receive! The staff is very friendly and treat the residents like family! Ive visited many different senior care facilities and Journey is by far the best Ive ever been to!
