My mom has been a resident at Care One Jackson for four years. The staff is wonderful and attentive, my mom has bonded with a few of the nurses and aids that provide her care. A few that stand out are Liz, Lucy, Tracy, Forest Jean, CheeChee, Pam and Bernie. Recently I experienced an issue within the unit where my mom is and addressed it with Beth Rigatti Executive Director at Harmony Village Jackson. I am happy to say that she worked with me to resolve the issue within a timely manner with a positive outcome for my mom and our family, I am grateful for the attention we received from Care One.

My father spent his last months in the care of the folks at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson. I am thankful that we found them. I slept better each night knowing that he was in the care of the staff there. The care he received there was spectacular. They treated him not so much like a patient but like he was family. That's the atmosphere there. They kept me informed at all times of any changes in my father's health when I arrived I was greeted warmly and the staff knew me. They always went above and beyond in the care of all their residents. If you have a loved one that needs memory care I can think of no where better to place them.

I was the owner of a home health care business and had many customers that resided in assisted living facilities. It was extremely important to me that I was able to speak with the staff regarding the patients that I was hired to look after. When you find a person that is truly caring and willing to go that extra mile to make life a little bit easier for our seniors, you need to give them the acknowledgement that they deserve. Charles Tafuri is the most wonderful and caring man that I have had dealt with. I wish there would be more outstanding workers like Charles Tafuri in these facilities!!

A Truly Special Place I can’t say enough wonderful things about Harmony Village (CareOne) at Jackson. Their dedication to helping residents with dementia reconnect with their personalities and with their families is truly remarkable. My mother absolutely thrived during her time there. We saw a happiness in her that we thought had been lost and those moments meant everything to us. The themed activities were incredible and brought so much joy to everyone involved. A special thank you shout out to Recreation Team for making Family Days so meaningful and fun. From the Super Bowl to the Celebration of Love to Mardi Gras- the creativity, decorations were perfect and staff even dressed in character making every event unforgettable. Most importantly, they help bring the residents' personalities back to life- giving precious memories to forever cherish. I am deeply grateful to Harmony Village for making my mother’s final days so meaningful, joyful and filled with LOVE!

Sometimes divine intervention occurs in our darkest hours. Choosing a facility to keep my Dad safe Is the last thing I thought I would be doing this month of November. I have learned so much about dementia in 30 days even though he has had it as a diagnosis since January 2025 with beginning signs showing a year and half prior. I will never capitalize dementia. I refuse to give it any power. -D. Long, 25 Care One felt right from the moment my family walked through the door. We met with Aleah and Amy. They answered all of our questions and as we toured the facility, it became evident it was set up the best way for residents by neighborhoods based on levels of dementia. I realized Dad has a chance to make friends and be social within his own peer group. Not that you want to ever see a family member reside away from you, but there was a feeling of peace of mind making a decision knowing staff are dementia certified, A nurse is assigned to each person, and there are dementia specialists who are doctors on staff. In addition, Care One is very neat and clean. When I think of places like this, I usually revert back to being seven looking for my great grandmother in a nursing home, which smelled of urine and had people strapped to chairs in the 1970s. I never forgot how horrible that was, so by contrast, I can definitely say Care One is the polar opposite. The moment Dad appeared at Care One, he was treated with respect, and within one hour, he was directed to shower and shave, and he also met his personal nurse who did a body check after he had been transported from a local hospital . They also made sure his medication was correct. Care One Is reasonably priced when you make comparisons to other places. Around the clock supervision and care is expensive. However, selecting a place that checks all the boxes for a family member and gives you peace of mind when it comes to their safety, is worth it. Thank you to Aleah and Amy. And thank you to Aleah specifically for the extended time you spent with us helping with paperwork and your time off the clock reassuring a family new to dealing with all of this. God bless you and the work you do! I highly recommend Harmony Care One in Jackson for residential placement of a family member with dementia.

I went there for a 6 hour AARP driving class i was amazed how clean and nice the place was everyone was so nice and helpful we where also given food which was excellent the chef came out and asked if we needed anything he wood make it. Aleah Hosszu is such a nice person she was wonderful thru out the day i highly-rate this place for our love ones.

My mom moved into Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson a few months ago. It was a quick decision made out of necessity for her safety. We toured a few facilities and decided Harmony was the best fit for her since the whole facility is dedicated to memory care/dementia residents. It’s been extremely difficult, as the disease is so cruel, but the staff at Harmony has been amazing. They take great care of her and have been extremely responsive to any concerns or questions we have had.

From the moment I stepped in to Harmony Village at Care One I knew it was a wonderful place. Alyson and Aleah met with me and listened to our needs. They still are always ready to meet with me when I have questions. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to my loved one during a difficult transition. They are right there when he needs them to address those needs. The nurses are truly angels. I know my loved one is receiving the best of care.

My dad was in Harmony Village for five years. The staff treated my dad with dignity, respect and care. For that I am very thankful to them. It is exceptionally difficult to have your love one reach a point that they can no longer be cared for at home. From the aids, nurses, physical therapist and staff that worked there it was a positive experience. The reason I gave four stars is that corporate seems to move directors around but through it I still felt my dad was well cared for by the staff.

My mom was at Care One for two and a half years. During that time she received great care from many wonderful aides, nurses, activity coordinators and doctors. Like many care facilities, employees at Care One have felt the strain of COVID and retired to less stressful employment. The employees who remained are loving, caring and extremely hardworking. They all deserve a raise. Or at least a bonus. The management is working hard to address staffing needs. I wish them the success that I’m sure they will find. They are committed to providing health service and sunny companionship to the fragile community of our parents.

I would have given five star however my experience last week with a kitchen worker jetson Eason was again terrible . When I was directed to him for a change in my Grandmothers meal he was very rude and completely unprofessional. With the money paid for her they should invest in quality employees hard to fathom he called himself a supervisor for the kitchen. However her nurses and Aides are great and the other kitchen staff are always so helpful and attentive to Grammys needs and I gave this worker the benefit but this is now my third interaction of very poor behavior so I needed to make it known . Other than that great place for care of anyone who is in need of special care.

Most of the reviews here are outdated as the facility has redirected to a memory care/assisted living structure. My 94 year old dad entered a month ago with vascular dementia and a host of old man issues. One month in- he’s eating better; is getting far less sedation than he was at home, he knows me (his daughter), his wife, his dogs- his mental/emotional state has improved dramatically. The staff is amazing. He receives the highest level of care - every person from the front desk to the kitchen knows his name and ours; they know his favorite foods and that he asks for me everyday. He sits at the nursing station when his favorite nurse is on duty. It’s clean- the food is amazing! For our loved ones in memory care one of the last forms of enjoyment is food- and Gina works wonders without using salt! Everyone has gone above and beyond in supporting us in making one of life’s hardest decisions.

I had knee surgery recently went to Care One for rehab. The PT therapists that I had were wonderful! They really worked with you everyday. They were caring compassionate and I looked forward to PT everyday. I was home in 8 days! The nurses were excellent too as were the aides who were excellent responding to your call. Decor could be updated and food was so so I thank them so much healing every day!

I recently spent two weeks at CareOne in Jackson NJ to rehab after leg surgery. Nurses and staff were very nice and always helpful and attentive. The facilities were clean and very well maintained. The administration was great in setting up my stay and coordinating with the hospital, insurance company and my doctors. If you need to recover from surgery do it at CareOne in Jackson.

This place is filled with love and caring. Tried arborscare in TOMS river and they were so mean neglectful and rude they would not even arrange to have my wife transferred. She worked with careOne at Jackson and they got here moved that night. This place deserves a better rating and arborscare deserves to be shut down. I love this place.

My friend told me about Careone in Jackson because she was very happy with the care her father received when he was there in 2013. My mother had a bad fall in February so we decided to come here and I'm glad we chose this rehab. My mother was discharged from the facility last week and we were both very pleased with the nursing care and the nurse's aides, especially Gina and Tracy they always had a smile on their face and took real good care of my mom. Everyone was so nice from day one and the therapists did a great job getting my mom back on her feet. Gary from rehab was so wonderful and my mom loved him and how positive he was. The staff was very friendly and the social services department was so accommodating. I would give 5 stars, but the food was hit or miss. I was very pleased with everything and happy that my mom is walking again!
