The level of care from every single person who works at Artis is outstanding! We have two family members who live at Artis (over the past 2.5 years) and the level of care has remained constant. The staff loves and respects each resident. The transition for one family member was a little bit trickier but the staff at Artis knew how to handle the different scenarios and gained the trust very quickly. They treat everyone like family. There are plenty of activities every single day to help keep the residents engaged and thriving! They make every day fun! Our families are blessed by The Artis Family.

****Just an update as my mom continues to thrive at Artis over these last few years. Our family appreciates the family themed parties/brunches/holiday gatherings,etc, that we get to celebrate with her. I know I can always reach out with any concerns and they are addressed promptly. The staff from Chef J, Chris (who went above and beyond when mom moved rooms), and all the care partners that we have gotten to know and appreciate. And, those that really know my mother and give us total peace of mind when on duty like Faith and Sandra.**** My mom moved to Artis in February. It has been a very seamless, smooth and supportive transition. She has adjusted fantastically. The daily activities with the residents brings a peace of mind that she is not only engaged and safe, but truly enjoying whatever she participates in (especially if it has to do with animals or chocolate:) All of the staff go above and beyond for the residents to truly promote a home/family like environment from Vicky, Stephanie(sending pics/updates, & constant communication) Lorraine, Jessica, the nursing staff, Nick and entire Activities dept., the patient care associates that I've gotten to know that take time to genuinely know and respect the individual as a person first (when it's genuine, you know it) Chef J and staff, and cleaning staff, thank you! **Just to update now that we are at 10 months since Mom has been at Artis. We stand by our initial review of this wonderful facility and staff. We now know the staff so much better, and see just how much mom benefits from their care and attention. Having the same patient care associates attending in a consistent manner is crucial for this population. There are so many caring individuals, but, we really must mention Faith, Val, Natalie, and Kate as those who go above and beyond. They provide a level of attention to detail that allows us to have peace of mind, which is truly a gift to a family that wants only the best for their loved one.**

Artis has become her new home for past 5yearswith wonderful staff and has opened her to wonderful activities twice a day.she has a room filled with her personal memories which is kept clean and the picture box outside her room is a great reminder for her and she always points to it and says that’s my family.From the moment you walk in to sign in friendly welcome to the caregivers on her unit4 which is her neighborhood- sitting and dining with familiar faces/ dietary staff friendly apeaking with the residents as they deliver wonderful meals. activities staff Awesome! My aunt was recently admitted to Artis Senior Living of Evesham and I must say I am very much impressed the care she is receiving. The daily updates provided by Stephanie Giardini during this early phase have been most reassuring, informative and comforting. My aunt is adapting beautifully and it’s due to the excellent care and kindness provided by the staff. It started during the admissions process with Lorraine Melani and Valerie Custis. Both went over and beyond the call of duty to help make this difficult decision much easier for me. And the facility itself is cheery , bright and very clean. There is a huge , enclosed outdoor courtyard where the residents can safely walk and rest with the many benches provided and shade trees. It’s a great addition to the facility . I would highly recommend Artis Senior Living in Evesham to anyone looking to provide extra care for their loved one.

I have a close relative with dementia, currently living at Artis at Evesham. I am very happy with the support that she receives there. I am especially impressed with the caring attitude from the nursing, activities, maintenance, and personal care staff. It's important to me that the facility is clean and well maintained. More important than that, I've noticed that the staff treat all of the residents with love, dignity, and patience. They make a point of addressing all of the residents by name and remembering the individual likes and needs of everyone there. Weather permitting, they do have activities both inside and outside and make a point of often inviting family members to attend with our loved ones. I would like to specifically send my appreciation to Maureen and Elizabeth of the events team, who are always cheerful and happy to lead the residents in daily activities. While I don't know all of the personal support staff, as I generally visit in the morning and early afternoon, I would like to specifically mention Klentoh and Rodney, who have always been helpful and caring when working with my relative. To them, and everyone else on staff, thank you for caring.

My mother has been at Artis since October. The staff is wonderful and caring, her care partners that I’ve had the most interaction with Faith and Sharon are excellent. They are compassionate, thoughtful and attentive. One of the nurses Makayla is on top of everything. What struck me most was the genuine care and concern he has for all of the residents. We couldn't be happier moving Mom to Artis from another assisted living facility. The staff went out of their way to make my mother feel comfortable and safe. Moving is never easy but we're so happy that we found Artis. My mother looks healthier then she did 2 months ago. The staff here is simply amazing. From our first visit, Lorraine made us feel secure and assured us they know what they are doing with a transition. I was very anxious about it. And what a great feeling to know Mom is in caring and loving hands. The messages, pictures and videos from Stephanie are very much appreciated. Stephanie is amazing. I wish I could name everyone by name but honestly every single person working at Artis from the kitchen staff, housekeeping, aides, nurses, directors, are helpful, respectful, and always willing to assist. It an extended family for us now. Meeting some of the other families at education workshops and support group is also very helpful. And lastly, I'd like to mention how clean Artis is with beautiful well kept grounds. Mom just loves taking a walk and relaxing outside. So much worry has been lifted from us and we thank the Artis family.

Since moving mom a year and a half ago, she has been consistently happy and well cared for. The people I first see every visit - Vicky, Stephanie, Robin, Barb and Carmella - are caring and available to discuss moms current needs, and to help calm my anxiety as she ages. They welcome my dog Pumpkin and encourage her visits for my mom and other residents who are cheered by petting her. Moms hands-on caregivers, Kia, Jasmine, Nathalie, Endy, and Sylvia are quick to make sure mom is safe and all of her needs are met. They are always kind to me, and never treat moms increasing health needs as a burden. This has been the best decision for our family. I would highly recommend for any family needing a memory care home for their loved one.

My Mom was here for 2 years; the staff absolutely made her stay incredible. Everyone from the Center Manager, Receptionist, and the Director of the Artis Way were people who a family and resident could connect with. Victoria, Barb, and Stephanie were always willing to go out of their way for my family and they made my Mom's last years more vital. Truly Artis is a place that values their residents, you are not a number here but a person. This is a place that valued a sense of community too. They hosted families for events; car washes, Labor Day, July 4th etc. The local :Police Department was a frequent guest on site to practice Community Based Policing and the residents loved this. There were activities, morning and night and exercises for the residents. My Labrador was always welcome to visit my Mom and he was more popular than me. The monthly conferences with the staff proved that they were all about patient care and my mom was always dressed to the nines! I could not do for my Mom what the staff here did for her.

The staff at Artis went above and beyond to give my dad as much autonomy and most importantly dignity as possible, to see him as an individual and know what his likes/dislikes were, how best to engage with him in ways he actually enjoyed vs forcing him to do things he never would have wanted to do, and to do the best they could and then some to handle all the complicated circumstances that arise in the periphery when a family is going through this sort of thing. Every place like this will have its short comings - with so many different residents' evolving needs there just is no 100% perfect solution to the difficult circumstances necessitating a loved one moving to memory care -- but I will say the staff always demonstrated compassion and prioritized resident dignity and went well above what their job descriptions were whenever anything came up-- Especially Stephanie, Victoria, Brianna, Wendy, and Joanne. My mom was at Artis for a little over 1 1/2 years. The staff is wonderful and caring. It was personally an extremely difficult decision for me to place her in a facility but I could no longer ensure her safety and well being otherwise. She recently passed and as I looked back at photos and videos, I know I made the best decision for her. There were many moments of happinessdancing, singing and being engaged. After the passing of my father, my family and I made the decision to transition my mom to assisted living as we were unable To meet her needs caring for her at home. Artis has been beyond helpful through every stage of the process and has done a wonderful job making my mom feel at home. She has progressed more than I could hope for. Her condition has now stabilized, she has gained healthy weight, and she is stimulated and engaged daily through interactions with programs, staff, and other residents. The staff knows my mom by name, which I know makes her feel included and welcomed. The doctors, nurses, techs, and rest of staff always keep me updated on my mom and any recommendations/clinical decisions they make. When we had to make the difficult choice to find a memory care facility for my mom, we scoured the area and were lucky to find Artis of Evesham. Our initial impressions were highly positive and the whole application and pre-move in process was handled with such grace. The move in was smooth and easy. They immediately went out of their way to make my mom and my family part of their family. They took fantastic care of my mom and my dad who visited mom daily. The leadership of Vicky, Lorraine and Stephanie is highly professional and compassionate. My mom enjoyed the daily activities, the food selection and most importantly the dedicated care staff who were fantastic. Artis Senior Living of Evesham is the most wonderful community. We strive everyday to give our resident joy and purpose. We have a fantastic Life Enrichment Depart lead by Brianna Clarke and he works in tandem with our Director of the Artis Way Experience Stephanie Giardina. Her role her at our community is by far the most unique. She supports all departments and our families and residents. We can boast that we are the only community to posses such a position, a real game changer!! The care of our residents is by far the best in the industry. Maureen Francis our Director of Health and Wellness works with Amandeo Trudeau to make sure we are staffed and that all our residents are care for with love and dignity. We are so lucky to have Vicky Pierro as our Executive Director. She has created an atmosphere of team work and she helps us be the best versions of ourselves for our residence, families and coworkers. This community is the best of the best.

I first toured 3 years ago, looking for options for our mom. We finally moved her in this year, something I thought would be impossible and dreaded. Lorraine worked out the details and is wonderful to work with. Stephanie G. is an Angel - she sends us pictures of mom doing activites and updates on how things are going, which is very assuring to those of us who do not live close. The layout is open and it's nice that mom can walk about freely. The care givers are wonderful as well; Stephanie, and her team really deserve praise. My family had to make a decision about our Mom after our father passed away, we were all trying to take care of her and that worked for a while, until she fell and ended up in the hospital and then a rehab facility, she went from being at home and mobile to a wheel chair. That is when we knew we couldn't continue to take care of her in her home and started looking at other options. We looked at many facilities and came across Artis of Evesham, we liked that it specialized in Dementia, the way the facility was designed and that it was clean. Our Mom has been at Artis for a year now and is out of the wheel chair and using a walker, we are so happy with our choice, Lorraine was great when we went in to visit and the whole staff is always happy and helpful. Briana does a great job with activities, and I can't say enough about Stephanie, she always sends us pictures and videos of Mom during activities and try's to get Mom involved when she is feeling down, Stephanie can always make her laugh. Vicky and Maureen are always available to speak to us. The aides and nurses are very caring and positive with Mom. If you are looking for a senior living facility that specializes in memory care Artis of Evesham is a great place for your loved one.

Well? Where do I start? My mother who was suffering from the effects of alzheimers and dementia had fallen at home and was taken to the hospital and was there for a lengthy periood of time. She was then released to a local rehab facility and after a short stay we noticed a rapid decline in physical and mental health behaviors (she became non-verbal and non-ambulatory) which we initially chocked up to the disease. NOT SO.... believing that it was not my mom and more the facility, we moved her to Artiss Senior Living Evesham. Best decision that we ever made! She rebounded in the shortest of time. She was talking again (micro managing only as well as a former charge nurse with dementia could)! The staff still loved and took the utmost care of her with love and respect that I could never had imagined. The staff got her involved and invested in activities ( at the all inclusive resort) which was incredible. Unfortunately for us, she passed after a year of gaining a sense o of normal, community, and extended family! that only Artis and it's wonderful staff could provide so generously to her and our our whole family. In the end they truly helped healed us all ! Thank you so very much!!!!!

Our Mom moved into Artis Evesham in January of this year, they helped my amazing brother and sister-in-law navigate this scary and difficult decision every step of the way, they made the transition as smooth as possible. My Mom has been doing well since at Artis Looked at a lot of places and for memory care Artis was the best option. Mom engages in the activities everyday and has a lot of friends there. The front office staff/associates/nursing is accommodating to mom and when I need their attention. Im fortunate to live close to visit her everyday Stephanie keeps me up to date on mom, Maureen and Jill engage my mom to do the activities and Meredith watches over mom for me. I know she’s in good hands 2023 It’s been a year now that mom has been at Artis. I want to give a shout out to Meridith and the nurses in the wellness dept they watch over my mom when I’m not there to ensure she gets the care she needs . and with her dementia increasing they help me with making her comfortable. Meridith always has a cheerful/helpful disposition even in a very stressful day. Stephanie is my eyes when I’m not there and ensures mom is active and safe. When my mother was transitioning to Artis Senior Living in Voorhees a professional by the name of Stephanie came to the house to meet my mom and get to know her. At that time, Stephanie gave my 4 siblings and me her cell phone number. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure my mother was taken care of and happy at Artis. For two weeks she would send pictures and updates on my mom in a group text with my family to ease our worries. My mother has been at Artis for months now and if ever I have a question or concern I text Stephanie and she replies quickly. We have learned the hard way how crucial it is to select a facility that concentrates all of their expertise on memory care, and this is what Artis does. We reluctantly moved my 61 yr old brother who has FTD into Artis 9 months ago and I have to say it was the best decision we made. The staff made the transition very easy for all of us and my brother seems very content and happy there. My worries of him wandering the streets are all gone! My Parents moved into Artis of Evesham 7 months ago. Although it was a sad and scary time for us, Stephanie, Vicky and Lorraine helped us through the process and my Parents had a smooth transition into their new home. Since moving in, we receive ongoing updates about their care and pictures from Stephanie of them attending all the wonderful activities planned each day. Nick sends us a weekly calendar filled of music, cooking, exercise classes, crafts and other fun activities. They even got to go on a boating trip. We get a menu each week from Julius full of great food choices and both of my Parents have been able to put on much needed weight since living at Artis. All the staff are kind and energetic and the onsite nursing care from Maureen and Anna has given us confidence that my Parent's medical needs are being met. This situation has been difficult but knowing my Parents are getting great care from Artis, has made this much easier on our whole family. I highly recommend Artis of Evesham!

My husband Fred has been in Artis for 2 1/2 months- he is only 64 years old. Kim & Dave the night nurses have been his biggest supporters. Fred really struggled go to sleep in his room at bed time- they lets him follow them around as he chats with everyone getting their night meds . They gives him his after most of the other residents get theirs. Let him chill out for a bit & then got him into his room. He goes in pretty easily now thanks to his helping routine!

Artis took such great care of my Nan and I will be forever grateful for their team. My grandmother was so well taken care of and loved. It was evident my grandmother had formed a great rapport with all the workers. My Nan always had her hair styled and nails polished. Visiting her during Covid, Artis was so accommodating and made sure we were able to safely visit her according to the restrictions. The Center always has fun activities for the residents too. They really go over and beyond for their residents.

Prior to my mom moving to Artis, the staff did all they could to get to know her. They learned every little thing about her, and they used this information to make her transition as easy as possible. Mom was nervous and upset before she arrived on her 1st day, but the moment we arrived her worries seemed to disappear. The staff scooped her up, got her involved in their programs, and made her feel special and welcome. They decorated her room with a Welcome sign and balloons, and left a personalized gift basket. One of the things unique about my mom is that she has a talent for baking pies. A few weeks after she arrived the staff arranged for her to give a cooking demonstration on pie baking for the residents! She used to talk about her old friends from Washington state, but now she talks about her new friends Eva, Kate and Judy. The staff is so loving and patient, and it is obvious that they genuinely care for their residents. The facility is homey and always clean and the outdoor grounds where the residents are free to go at any time is beautiful. I could not have found a better place for my mom.
