Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care our brother has received at Maple Glen since moving in a month ago. Transitioning a loved one into memory care is never an easy decision, but the team here has made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring. The service has been nothing short of excellent. From the initial intake to daily interactions, the staff has demonstrated deep patience, expertise, and genuine kindness. They treat our brother with the dignity he deserves, and it is clear they truly understand the unique needs of those living with memory loss. My father had a long and painful struggle with dementia, and lived in several facilities over the years. Maple Glen was the best, making sure that we had the resources to provide the best care for my father. They were also flexible financially and, when the time came, treated my father with dignity and respect in his final days. The staff were caring and engaged with my father, and were always on top of his care. I rested well knowing my father was in capable hands at this memory care center. Thank you for your commitment to my father, we wouldn't have been able to take care of him half as well as you did.

My father lived here for about a year and our experience could not have been more pleasant. He was transferred here after a subpar experience at another memory care facility. Maple Glen accepted him with open arms and supported him and our family so much during the final months, weeks, and days. From the activities offered to the prompt and thorough care plans, dad was in good hands here. Even in his final days he was being checked on so frequently and the staff was extremely caring-ensuring we had what we needed as well as taking the time to say their goodbyes to him. The decision to place a loved one with cognitive loss is not an easy one. Had my dad here for 2.5 years, no place I would trust more with the care for my dad let alone any of my family members or friends with dementia or Alzeheimers. They treat you like family and my dad viewed his room and the whole place as his home and they never treated him as if he had vascular dementia they involved him in all that they could. He loved helping out. The facility was always clean, food was delicious and made fresh daily for every meal and snack.

Beautiful facility and the staff was great to work with! I taught a BLS CPR class for the facility, which Stephanie the DON made everything from scheduling to room preparation a very effortless process. From the moment we contacted Maple Glen, our experience has been nothing but positive. Kelly and Mallory went out of their way to answer questions and come up with solutions that allowed us to decide that Maple Glen was the best answer for my mother, who could no longer live on her own. The facility is warm and inviting, and feels like a nice resort hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to ease my mother’s transition to assisted living, and throughout the entire time since have treated her with respect, thoughtfulness and kindness. As a phlebotomist for Medlab I visit many sites drawing blood from geriatric patient's as well as interactions with staff members. The communication with staff members I come in contact with is vital to proper care for patient's. Stating the importance of communication is a key factor in working as a team in addition to succeeding in my job as a phlebotomist. Thus, I would like to express my appreciation to Maple Glen and their staff. It is a joy arriving to Maple Glen observing all of the smiles on the staffs faces. Our family can’t express enough the gratitude we feel toward everyone at this community. Our mom had always expressed her goal of never having to live in an assisted type living environment but we truly could not find reliable full time help plus the right social stimulation. Her mental and physical health started to fail and we were overwhelmed. She has been at Maple Glen for almost 6 months and tells us every day how much she feels happy there. She has a great group of friends she is with at her meals and activities and the staff genuinely cares for her. If I could give Maple Glen six stars I would. While it was a difficult decision to finally put my husband in memory care, the staff of Maple Glen have repeatedly reaffirmed that our family made the right decision in placing him there. He can walk wherever he wants, has excellent care, enjoys his meals, and is always neat and clean when I visit. Accessibility to dental care, barber services, and on-site physical therapy are also huge pluses. Caregivers make time to talk with me and always have up-to-date status of his care. I worked in hospitals systems over ten years and had a model of care for him when we started our search. But I never expected to find any facility that operated within that model. In Maple Glen, our family not only found memory care that operates in that model of care, but exceeds it by being a caring, professional memory community. It feels like my husband is now in a comfortable home away from home. He is safe, clean, and cared for. What more can a family ask for? If looking for memory care, please do yourself and your loved one a favor and visit Maple Glen.

I write this review with happy and sad emotions. My mom joined the community in July 2022. From the moment I spoke with Kelly and Mallory I knew this is where I wanted my mom to be. The facility was spotless, the caretakers were remarkable, the activity directors were outstanding and my dear Erica who always took the time to make my mom feel special. And Stephanie, head nurse, there are no words. The COMPASSION and CARE of ALL the staff is beyond words, they were my mom' angels. We lost my mom in October 2022 to this dreadful disease. BUT, when you walk in the door at this community the individual is NEVER felt that they are "different". They are treated with respect, dignity, and the most gentle heart. My mom was cared for when she needed it most and I am eternally grateful to the Maple Glen community. If you want your loved one to be cared for and felt "normal" when they are fighting with so many emotions, THIS IS THE PLACE. Thank you to each and everyone for creating a stellar environment when the family and loved one needs it the most.

[name removed] in the kitchen is the worst. Residents are being starved and abused and its being covered up. [name removed] don't care about the residents, all she care about is filling up the place and census. loveth lies on people and covers up the abuse by writing it off as s fall or just simply not knowing what actually happened to the residents. [name removed] is very unprofessional she discusses caregivers personal business with [name removed] a caregiver who rough handles the residents and mistreat them behind closed doors. [name removed] has the families fooled. he is on his phone all day and they pay him more than most of the caregivers. [name removed] is one of the worst nurses ever, she doesn't like to be called on the walkie, she has said things like "I wont respond if its not important, or if I'm on my lunch break"

This seems to be a top notch memory care facility. I was impressed with the clean, modern and luxurious accommodations. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of Kelly in the front office. When my dad was in rehab we had to quickly find a permanent place for him to land. Kelly sent a nurse out to see him and had him approved in less than 2 days, other places took weeks to do this

It takes a village. As a nurse that travels from building to building providing care and assisting local Physicians, I can affirm this is the most compassionate village I’ve witnessed in the 11 years in this position. From the top administrative staff to the care givers and maintenance crew you can see and feel the love. You are welcomed into Maple Glen by the sound of guitar playing. Jason greets me weekly on my visits. The residents are enamored with him and his musical talent. The overall feel is peaceful. The collaboration of care between care partners, nursing and outside providers lends to some of the best care I have seen in my career as a Dementia care provider. It’s a pleasure and delight to visit Maple Glen weekly. I find myself drawn in, often staying for hours just to hangout.
