Having been a part of the Edgewood Spring Creek community 5 months now, I can attest to my observations. The staff is extremely caring, as well as empathetic. The facility has a very clean comfortable atmosphere. The times I have had the opportunity to sample the dining room food, it was quite good.And many of the residents seem to be really happy and content. Memory Care is challenging. However, if you are looking for a caring dedicated staff, to care for your loved one. Definitely take one of their tours.

I am a volunteer who brings communion from St Marks Catholic Church. Today 1/1/2023 I came to visit the 4 Catholics. The last lady I saw was sitting up in bed with her feet over the edge, she was yelling albeit not that loud "hey, hey. I went into her room and spoke with her but she could not communicate what she wanted. I told her to sit still while I found her some help. I looked down each of the halls, no aide in sight. I was heading to the activity room, because there was a worker there, but I saw the lady in the kitchen. I asked is this place understaffed? She was very kind asked if she could help me, then she went across the room and there were two aides sitting there, lotioning their arms and hands. The kitchen lady told them they needed to check on this lady in room 32. They continued to wipe in there lotion said okay, but never moved. I said she doesn't have her oxygen on, I can hear and see it on the floor. One of the girls replied, oh that's okay. I hurried out of the building before I said something that I shouldn't, I still didn't see them going to her room. I went to this facility before the pandemic and there were staff everywhere, activity director busy with the residents, since I have been going back the first Sunday of the month for 3 months, staff has been scarce but mostly helpful. Today was unusual in that there was no staff in sight. Recently, I have noticed the residents' clothes are dirty and the food is dried on. Mind you I go at 9:30 in the morning so I would expect them to still be clean. I want to bring this to your attention. I would certainly not place a relative of mine in this facility!

Words cannot express the level of deep appreciation for the staff and administrators of Edgewood Spring Creek Memory Care. I moved my mother there this last April 2021. She passed away the middle of June. During that time the staff was kind, caring and attentive to all her needs. While she was on hospice and her final days, they did everything to make the transition filled with loving kindness, especially for me and my family members. It was comforting to know that she was safe and well cared for. The facility was clean, cheery, great activities director, decorated nicely and spacious rooms with showers. Believe me that all memory care facilities are not the same. I am glad that I searched for and found the best.

Clean and safe, this place really goes the extra mile. Met Natalie the other day while visiting my family member. She was very attentive and caring. Glad my mom is being taken care of by such knowledgeable staff.

What an awesome place!!! The love and care that the residents get is beyond anything you can imagine. Im so glad to have my mom there and especially thankful for Becky RN and the excellent care she has shown her!! A very well run facility with a welcoming, warm community vibe. Were very blessed and grateful for Edgewood Spring Creek Memory Care.

I may be a bit biased, but I have worked for the company for 5 years, and I am proud of working for the company that I do now, because of our Executive Director. She has made a huge turn around in the company and all for the benefit of the residents and her employees. She continues to help her employees thrive and her residents are always happy. Nursing is attentive, caring and supportive of our residents and the opinions of our staff. The kitchen staff are always smiling and welcoming family members to sit with their loved ones and enjoy the home cooked meals they prepare. The housekeeping is phenomenal, the rooms are always kept up. The building has an overall positive vibe to it and I wouldnt want anywhere else for my family member to live or thrive. Activities are excellent! They are always doing something, whether it is big or small. It truly is a great place to work and to be appreciated and loved. Every part of our team makes this building operate accordingly and lovingly. Thanks to our amazing team, our building wouldnt thrive like it does. I couldnt say enough about our team. I could, but itd end up being a book! 🙂

Full of unconditional love, support, and kindness, Ms. Taylor Davis is such a blessing to everyone she meets. Her residents and coworkers are on the forefront of her mind 24-7 and that is made obvious by her constant actions of care in addition to her quick responses to requests and questions. With her genuine heart and love for people she goes above and beyond making sure everyone is taken care of. I couldnt ask for a more wonderful person to watch over my loved ones. Thank you Taylor, you are truly loved and appreciated by so many.

There will never be appropriate words to express the gratitude my family and I have for Taylor Davis and her accomplished and caring staff. My husband was fortunate enough to be able to move in several weeks ago, much earlier than expected, and the care has been loving and exceptional. I was told once that you can tell the quality of the living environment in an assisted-memory care facility the minute you open the door. That is abundantly felt at Taylors facility and it resonates immediately to all the professionals working there, and most importantly, to the residents and their smiles. As my husband now says of Taylor and all those caring for him, I love them and they really love me! That says it all! Thank you Taylor and all your staff for taking care of the love of my life!!

I love this place!!They truly and whole heartily love each and every resident!! The facility is always clean and happy!! I love when I come in and seeing every resident clean, happy and participating in the activities that happen all day every day!! The food they sever is wonderful taste just like mamas home cooking!! I love where I work the environment is such a loving and positive atmosphere. The residents here at this community are beyond loved and taken care of. The staff here has a true passion for what they do and everyone here is family. I have been in healthcare for a little over 10 years now and by far this is the best memory care in the Treasure Valley. The Activity Director is so amazing keeps the residents creative and busy throughout the day. The Executive Director has the biggest heart for all the residents and employees. She makes sure everyone is taken care of and has all the resources available that they need or might need. She also LOVES TO GIVE HUGS (come prepared). Kitchen staff make homemade meals that are really yummy. The residents, family, and staff all love the food. Also A++ to the Housekeeper she keeps everything looking great. Overall fantastic place to put your loved one, fantastic place to work. Come on in anytime for a tour you will love it as much as I do !!!
