Amber was a great tour guide. She listened carefully and was pleasant and upbeat. I felt as though we had a thorough tour. The community facilities were nice with sufficient space including the dining room, community room, art room, game room and library. But the place could use better lighting. It felt a bit dark and dreary in the halls and in some community spaces. The two bedroom apartment we saw was small. The closet was teeny tiny. I would have appreciated bigger windows with a mostly natural view. You could see a lively pool with a water fountain out the front windows, but there was also a lot of parking lot in the view. Views from other p arts of the building were similar. I could see a couple of trees, but most of it was not as appealing/ inviting. I would appreciate if it had a small porch or balcony. I didn't see any outdoor areas that afforded some privacy. There were no good places to walk my dog.

Story Point is a wonderful senior living community. Nina, Kim, Emily and the entire staff worked to ensure a quality living environment for all of the residents. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend this loving community!

We brought carriage rides to the residents and met a very kind, caring staff who extended extra energy and care to help the residents into the carriage. There were smiles and laughter for all to share. The two afternoons will be long remembered.

My sister Linda lives at StoryPoint Memory Care and very much enjoys living there. Linda loves the fact that I live in the in independent community, which is nearby. My sister thinks staff is wonderful and the food is good! She told me she feels safe and is very well taken care of!

Our mother’s health declined very quickly and Storypoint was very helpful in getting her transferred into their facility. They were very transparent upfront about their pricing structure. More importantly, everyone at this facility has been extremely kind and welcoming to our mother. After nearly a month there, she has made the transition from her independent apartment to Storypoint’s memory care unit amazingly well.

My father who lives out of state recently suffered a stroke and we are moving him here to Story Point! We toured many locations and Story Point was our top choice. Amber, Kimberly, Nina and Nicole have made this process very manageable and I cant say enough about their professionalism and compassionate care. They all have been incredibly kind and attentive.

I am a craft volunteer, I come to the StoryPoint once a month to teach elderly arts and crafts since 2019. The StoryPoint provides very inviting and friendly environment for seniors. Some resisdents have been there since my day one.Their staff are very kind and patient. The living environment makes you feel at home. They provide lots of activities to keep seniors to active participate in order to maintain their physical and mental well-being.

My Mom has lived at Story Point for almost three years and she has enjoyed it from day one. Our family is also very happy with her living arrangements! The staff and management are very attentive to all of the residents and visitors. They are always smiling and sometimes heard singing! The facilities are clean and welcoming. We needed to find a place for my husband to stay after a serious accident until our home was remodeled. StoryPoint in Mequon was willing to have him as a resident along with his complex medical needs. Nina and her leadership team, along with his caregivers made sure he was in a safe and caring environment. They also went above and beyond to make sure his apartment was accessible for him. Staff turnover was a concern at times. I would refer others to this facility.

Storypoint is a wonderful place to spend time at with family. I perform interactive music at Storypoint monthly and am always greatful to be part of events planned for holidays and weekends celebrating the season and our human capacity for positive engagement within the community. The community is well maintained, and kept engaged in a multitude of wonderful activities to stimulate the mind body, and soul daily. My parents were moved in with great haste after being discharged from the hospital and no longer able to care for each other due to diagnosis. Nicole and the whole staff have been wonderful. It is not just a job, they actually care and connect with them. The apartment is bright and cheerful actually feels more like a home with easy access to walkers and wheelchairs. As more care is needed, the StoryPoint staff has not disappointed. StoryPoint offers many daily activities for their residents. Overall, I have to give is all stars.

My wife and I have been very satisfied with the care the Story Point team have provided for my in-laws over the past year. Nina along with Nicole, and with their respective teams, have been terrific to work with. We were introduced to Story Point during a desperate situation to find accommodations for my in-laws. We had three days to find a facility. Nina could not have been more helpful and was able to provide those accommodations for my in-laws. Their apartment is well laid out and very comfortable. Over the past year, both of my in-laws needs have escalated, and Nicole and her team have tended to those needs with total professionalism. My review would be 5 stars, but I do believe the quality of food service program could be improved.

I am a musician who performs on a monthly basis at story point. I play at a number of senior facilities, and my father lived in several. I’d say Story Point is the nicest I’ve seen. The residents are happy and well cared for and the staff is professional and very friendly. I’ve never eaten there but residents praise the food service. The facility is well maintained and very clean And the building and accommodations are very aesthetically attractive . It has been a pleasure to be part of the roster of Artists who perform regularly. I play piano in both the memory care and independent living portions of the community. Also, a friend who is a registered nurse moved a loved one to Story Point to receive better care and was very pleased.

Story point is a very nice place. Just buy what we saw on the tour. My dad was excited about it. Even though he would have to leave where my mom is, we hope that we can move her in memory care at some point.

The community specialist who gave the tour did an awesome job highlighting all of the amenities StoryPoint has to offer along with being very patient answering all of the questions we had. She also had a great rapport with the residents which left an impression on us.

Nina, Amber and Melissa are very helpful. Most workers are friendly and helpful but you have to have patience. Not all employees are communicative or smile. Not the friendliest atmosphere in dining. Always seem to be short staffed. Front reception is usually unstaffed on weekends which can be worrisome.

I would highly recommend StoryPoint for anyone who is looking for amazing care for a loved one. The treatment my Dad has received has been amazing. The staff all know him by name (all of the staff), everyone is friendly, and most importantly - it is CLEAN. The chef prepares amazing dishes and the communication has been wonderful - I am always kept up to date with any issues or concerns. I wouldn’t want my dad anywhere else!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother and aunt. My grandma was moved here 3 months ago and the staff has done everything in their power to make sure her transition into assisted living was smooth. My grandma has some mental health issues and the staff has been nothing but patient and accommodating with not only her, but our whole family.

Lovely facility and homes to the residents who reside there. The apts and studios are gorgeous. Very clean and friendly environment. Staff seem to care about the residents very much. They all looked so happy and comfortable. The way it should be considering this is their homes. Would highly recommend. I was very impressed when shown a tour. A++++

The staff is friendly and very welcoming. You’ll feel like you are part of the family here. The complex is beautiful, spacious and has a nice airy open design. There are a lot of cozy gathering areas that you can play games, gather together, relax or read books in. The apartments have a great floorplan, generous sized closets, and easy entry showers. Independent living is easier here and extra support is available if you need it.

I would highly recommend Wright House to anyone looking for a caring place for a family member. They have an awesome staff throughout the building and I can try at my loved one there. They are caring, have great communication skills and are professional. The facility is beautiful and offered a wide range of activity. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, definitely check of Wright House!
