Hampton Manor has far exceeded my expectations for a Memory Care place! The place may not be a new building, but it is super clean and pleasant to the eyes. The staff goes beyond the pale taking care of the residents, especially Linda, who keeps them occupied all day. She cares for each and every resident, and sees to it that they are as happy as possible all the time.

Loved this place. Very homey and the girls care about the residents. My Aunt was well taken care of and never missed a time to joke with them. Chef Donna cares how the food is prepare for each resident and will take time to make something else for a resident they would like. The place is clean daily. My Aunt was very comfortable here. Linda keeps the residents busy with the many activities.

My father is in the Hampton Manor Belleview. His caregivers are amazing. Kristina during the day shift is so kind, gentle and caring with him. I can't thank her enough for the care she gives him daily. The evenings it is Bev and Gail. Last night my father was having a hard time before bed and Gail was very calm with him, but Bev was so gentle and caring and was able to calm him and finish cleaning him and getting him ready for bed. I can't thank these ladies enough for the care they give my father. ADDITION: Elizabeth is wonderful, she makes sure my Dad eats, he is clean. I can't say enough about the girls here. ADDITION: One of the best parts of Hampton is the activities. All the falls on one amazing women Linda. She gets everyone resident involved. She is so caring and loving to all. She always gets my father involved. He seems to enjoy it when she is there.

I want to let others know that I have found a wonderful place for my mom. I'm so very grateful for the kind and caring people at Hampton manor Belleview. I couldn't ask for a more dedicated staff. It's such a difficult situation to find yourself in when your loved one has dementia. These wonderful people have helped me through this time. They have been right on top of my mom's health-care and have provided a safe environment for her. The food is amazing and plentiful. The home is always clean and there are activities to keep them engaged. Musicians come to sing and play for them. My mom loves it and always sings along. I can't begin to express my gratitude to just to name a few, Christina Williams, Ashley Monge, Linda Mcsorley and the many, many others who provide my mom with care and actual love. Thank you and God bless you all at Hampton manor:)

I cannot express how grateful I am for Hampton Manor's services. This was my second placement for my father with dementia, for the first facility we brought him to neglected him. While this is an older facility, the care is TOP NOTCH. Every time I saw my dad, he was clean, fed and in matching clothes. The facility itself is also CLEAN, and smells clean. Not to mention the staff is so caring, patient and understanding, which is something that is hard to find. I knew my dad was in good hands until the end. Thank you so much Hampton Manor. My family is forever grateful. I also cannot say enough about CNA Christina. While my dad had some behavioral issues, Christina was patient, gracious and understanding. Not to mention my dad loved her! Kudos to you Christina, and the rest of the crew.

I cannot say enough good things about the facility and the staff. Years ago my father was in HM and it was a bit outdated. Three years ago Tabitha helped us with the process of dealing with my Stepfathers long term plan and we got him placed in HM. It was a beautiful facility and everything was wonderful until he passed. My Mother had many health issues and during one fall she struck her head and developed instant dementia and paranoia. We could keep her safe so we immediately turned to HM and placed her in a private room. We brought her bedroom set and made her a beautiful room. I cannot tell you how beautifully the staff and management comforted and cared for my Mom. She was a favorite for sure. They have shed tears for Mom. We even talked about them in the family part of the funeral. They have become part of our family. If you are considering a facility for a loved one with memory issues/confusion they are the best choice. Thank you again HM.

I was not there very often but did witness much of what seemed like genuine care for my Mom and for others.

I moved my father to Hampton Manor during a period of desperation on January 10th. At first they were not going to be able to accept him based on some of the wording that was used on one admission form filled out by his primary care doctor, but would allow for one of their doctors to evaluate my dad and correct the form making him acceptable for admission. The welcoming ended as soon as I signed the papers and moved my dads belongings into his room. The doors to rooms remained locked, you have to constantly hunt someone down to get into resident room or to leave facility. I notified them of several concerns over his roommate after seeing some bruising on my dad's wrist and a few days later they did move him to another room. I visited several times after that, then on January 21st, 11 days later, I was there to take my dad to lunch. He was sitting in the dining room when I arrived, he tried to stand up and could not bear weight on his foot. He could not take a step without yelling, his foot was red and swollen. I was a bit annoyed and in disbelief that no one called to let me know, because a few days after he arrived there, they had already sent him out to the ER because he was complaining of some pain in the chest. I felt they were proactive during that event, so just gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they honestly didn't know he couldn't walk. I took him to Emergency room, they admitted him and was able to get him transferred to another facility. I asked if he was going to be required to make the payment for the 30 day notice and was told "no" but after they saw him. I told them that he was not coming back. A month later I got a call saying that he still owed a month's payment, I sent paperwork form hospital to show that he needed higher level of care on Feb.22nd, did not hear anything back. Today on March, 21st I get a call stating he still owes and that they did not accept the paperwork from hospital. Long story short....the facility does seem to be pretty clean, modern furniture in sitting areas, appears to be secure, but do your research first and don't do so in a state of panic. Perhaps things would have worked out, but just got a feeling that it's all about money.

My mom was here for the last 4 months of her life. She was 97 yrs old and had severe dementia. These people treated her with love and respect, while keeping her safe. When the time came she was put under hospice care right there at the facility with 24 hr. nursing care. We love the staff and really got to know many of them who cared for mom. We feel that she couldnt have had any better care.

Absolutely the worst. If you care for your family member at all don not put them here!! My father was there for a month and the conditions these people are living under are deplorable!!!

Staff are very kind and caring. You have continuity with staff that have been there for years. The Administrator(Mikaela Saunderson) is very knowledgeable and cares for her residents like her own family and is well educated on Dementia/Alzheimers patients.

I have to give a 5 star for Hampton Manor in Belleview. My Cousin and I had visited multiple ALF between Ocala and The Villages. The situation we had was our moms are twins and unfortunately they are unable to live on their own. We have always talked about it in the past with our moms and dads that if they got to where they were unable to live at home we would find them a home together. I called to get some information on the phone and spoke with Bea and from our conversation to the day we went met in person with her and Maggie we felt at home there. All of the staff are very personable and the home is very clean. They have accommodated our needs for them to be together. Our moms really like it there. They enjoy the music, crafts, bingo etc that Linda the activity director she does such a wonderful job and does it with such passion. Its such a hard time for families to place a loved one but I can say that ALL of the staff members there have definitely made it much easier. KP and ALL the nursing staff are always informative on any of their health issues or any medication changes. That to me is a blessing. When I leave there I can leave with peace knowing that my mom and Aunt are very well cared for and not being mistreated. You will always feel like one big family there.

My dad spent the last few weeks of his life here. My five-star rating doesnt mean Hampton Manor is perfect. There were a few minor issues, which they were quick to address. I give it five stars because our experience with Hampton Manor was excellent, even if there were occasional hiccups. I toured a number of places, and I tried to put my dad in a much more expensive ALF, but someone else took the room. I continued touring, and I found Hampton Manor. Its facilities were the cleanest I had seen. The employee who showed me around said staffers ate the food from the dining room, and that surprised me. The paint was fresh, the facility didnt smell the way all the others did, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The residents seemed to feel at home. I toured the Ocala location first, but I ended up putting him in the Belleview location. I visited daily, so I became very familiar with Hampton Manor, and I was very satisfied with the treatment my dad got. Toward the end, he would sit in the courtyard with me and say what a nice place it was. The staff was very helpful when he passed. They were also helpful with advice on his medical care and end-of-life arrangements. They helped me avoid some serious mistakes. When he passed, I barely had to lift a finger. My dad is gone, but I will miss my visits. Im very grateful, because my dad was in another facility for two weeks, and compared to Hampton Manor, it was like a kennel.

Of course no one wants to be in a place like this but if you have to be Hampton Manor definitely helps. The staff and everybody that works here is kind, accommodating and work very hard to make sure that you are taking care of. I am a court-appointed healthcare manager and have dealt with many of these places. Of course in any place like this there is always room for improvement but Hampton Manor has put its best foot forward in every way. Its very conveniently located for us and again we truly appreciate the great staff in their treatment of our loved one. If this review helps you in anyways please hit the like button so other people may know . Thank you, happy holidays and God bless!

After having my Aunt live with us for a couple of years, it finally came to a point that we needed or she needed more help than we were able to give. It was a very hard decision to move her. As with any family member you are always concerned about the care they would receive. We looked at several facilities from Ocala to The Villages. Trying to find a happy medium was difficult, but Hampton Manor fell right in between of all our choices. As a ALF, Hampton Manor was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. My Aunt always spoke highly of the food. As an overall experience, Hampton Manor delivered. On a funny side note, my Aunt always reminded me that This place is always so nice, because Hampton is owned by Hilton. Obviously not owned by Hilton, but I would recommend Hampton to anyone looking for help and care.
