My Mom, Charlene Johnson resides at the Cottages. It has been a good experience for her. They take good care of her and treat her quite well. I would like to comment on my experience with Jason (the Activity Director). In the time that I’ve known Jason I have observed that he interacts exceptionally well with the residents, the residents’ families and his co-workers. He always has such a nice variety of activities for the residents. He’s personable, upbeat, positive, a hard worker and truly a motivator-he gets the residents going!!! It’s refreshing watching him do his job. He genuinely cares for them - he knows each one by name and treats all the residents with dignity and respect. My Mom absolutely adores him. I hope he will be around for a long time.

Friendly staff and caregivers. Well maintained and clean whenever I visit. Residents known by name. Can't comment on food or what it is like to be a resident, only treatment as a regular visitor to a parishioner with early dementia.

I truly appreciate the exceptional staff at The Cottages. Kris consistently greets us with warmth and kindness upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment. Sandy and Robert are always helpful and responsive, readily answering any questions we may have. Heidi demonstrates outstanding client care, with a keen attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend The Cottages to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

The Cottages is a beautiful facility with a warm, homey feel. It is very clean and welcoming. The leadership and staff are extremely loving and attentive, and always go the extra mile. Any concerns I have had have been quickly addressed to my satisfaction. The care my mom has received has far surpassed any expectation I had when I decided to place her here. They have excellent security for the safety of the residents. They provide a variety of activities daily, bring in wonderful performers to entertain the residents, and prepare top-notch food. I cannot recommend The Cottages enough. If you want your family member to be loved and well cared for, this is the place for you.

The Cottages is an amazing Memory Care community! Long term employees and leadership team!! Walking through the community, you can absolutely see what great and loving care the residents receive. The community has a warm and friendly vibe. Kris, the Marketing Director is a doll. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how much Kris helped me. Heidi, the Executive Director is amazing as well. Sweet and friendly. She always has time for families and for residents. I so appreciate all the support I have received from these two ladies. I can't say enough great things about The Cottages!

This is where you want your family!! My dad was a resident here until his passing. The managment and staff are professional, caring, and compassionate. He felt at home and the staff were an extension of his family. I wish my dad started out here, but I found comfort that he was able to live out his final months with dignity in such a wonderful facility.

My mother was a resident for three years at The Cottages Clear Lake. The care she received was wonderful. Any concerns or questions we had were always answered quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained. My mom especially enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard listening to birds while she was able. During the early morning hours of the day of her passing, the caregivers, nurse, and even director, were there to ensure my mom had the utmost love and care. We could not have asked for more. We could truly feel the special relationship the ENTIRE staff had formed with my mom over the years. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude. Dementia is a horrible disease. We would recommend this facility and staff to anyone that is going through this with their loved ones.

The Cottages continues to provide high equality care. This community is managed by Heidi Clark. Heidi is such a patient care advocate and works hard every day to encourage her team to provide excellent care to the residents of this community. Families give very positive feedback on a regular bases.

My father lived here from last April until recently. He was well looked after by a host of caring staff. Any concerns or medical issues were swiftly reported to me, and I was comfortable knowing he was well cared for. He was able to go into hospice here in his own room, surrounded by familiar people, which was so important for anyone with dementia. The hospice service recommended to us were exceptional. I had hoped for many years of care at the Cottages, but am profoundly grateful my father was able to spend his last months there.

My mother was well cared for at The Cottages. When she was passing, many of the caregivers came by, told her that they loved her, and helped to make her transition easier. Our family is thankful that my mom was able to spend the last two years of her life here.
