Having many of the problems I read about on the reviews. Weekly cleaning not done. Telling you they will do something and then not follow thru. Trying to act like everything is ok when you can obviously see it is not. Not much communication with staff members especially when shifts change Need verbal communication as they write it down on a tablet and much of it gets overlooked. Not getting good service for what I'm paying each month.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. My mom has a nice sized room with a private bath. The staff is kind, especially the administrator, Teresa, who is always responsive and helpful with any requests or inquiries. This place has been a saving grace for my mother's care, if my mom can't be at home with us, this is the next best place.

I received a survey on my phone but don't know how to link to it. The link they sent me didn't work so I'm writing this one. My sister has been a resident at Cedarhurst in Centralia for a little over two years. I am very pleased with the care she is getting. The care givers seem to have so much patience and understanding for the residents. Thank you so much for creating such a place here in Centralia.

A lot has changed in this month. The director is gone, and the quality of management care is fading very fast. Cleaning isn't getting done, and I have waited a week for a return phone call. May be time to look elsewhere.

I love going into this facility! Staff is always very friendly and seem to care about each resident like family. They are working very hard to make improvements and current staff has been putting in a lot of hours to provide needed care. Residents seem happy as I see lots of Iles and laughing when I'm there.
