I want to thank the incredible staff at Millennium Memory Care in Monroe for taking such good care of me these last eight months. I want to especially thank Maria, John, Sara, Lorena and Nella who go out of their way to make my life and the lives of my loved ones so much better. They have love in their hearts and I am truly grateful to them for helping me get through the day. Without them, my family and I would be lost. With them, we can do no wrong. Our family is incredibly grateful for the care our mother-in-law received during her six-month stay at Millennium Memory Care at Monroe. When she first arrived, she was struggling significantly with confusion and emotional instability, enhanced by her mismanagement of medication. The staff worked diligently to get her medications properly administered, which was a struggle for my mother in law to accept. As a result of their hard work, we saw a noticeable improvement in her functionality and overall demeanor. Caring for Alzheimer’s patients is extremely challenging for caregivers. The staff at Millennium were attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated their patients. We saw firsthand how they approached each resident with patience and genuine kindness. We’re truly thankful for the peace of mind they gave us, knowing she was in such capable hands. I cannot say enough positive things about millennium memory care. The staff is compassionate and understands the needs of patients with alzheimers. They made my grandmom feel safe, comfortable, and valued, and we saw a noticeable improvement in her quality of life. I was looking for a place for my grandmother that specializes in behaviors. She was discharged from many facilities because of her behavior and was sent to psychiatric hospitals unnecessarily. Finally we found Millennium Memory Care. Galina was great to explain that they guarantee that my grandmothers behaviors will be managed. My grandmother is doing great and the staff at Millennium is fantastic. I am so happy we found this place.

Although I was unaware of your services when my Dad initially moved in, I came to know your staff and appreciate the personalized care my Dad received for the 7 months he resided there. I especially cherished Sara, the Director, for her accommodating, nurturing and compassionate demeanor; and John R., who I admired for his knowledge, unwavering empathy, delicate bedside manner, and willingness to help in any way possible. Alzheimer’s is a very difficult disease to navigate, and I am grateful there are facilities in operation like yours with highly caring staff to keep my Dad safe and sound. We are very happy that we found Millennium Memory Care. The care is exceptional and staff is very professional . Marie the manager is always so helpful. They are really skillful and know how to deal with behaviors . We would recommend this place to anyone looking a great dementia care for their loved one.

The staff is very attentive and caring. Shante, the manager gave us updates on a consistent basis which we were very thankful for. She was always available and answered concerns or questions quickly. Visitations were very nice and we were able to spend time with my sister on a lovely screened porch in back or the front porch due to COVID. We had experience at another memory care facility prior to this one which was a disaster. I felt my sister was well cared for and respected.

My Mom had Lewy Body Dementia and was admitted to Millenium on 5/30/2020. We weren’t able to go inside due to COVID, but Shante’a, the Manager, gave me a virtual tour on FaceTime. It was really nice inside. My Mom had other issues besides dementia that required a lot of personal care. The staff there took excellent care of her, she seemed content. We put her on Hospice in December as she was declining mentally. Physically she was doing pretty well. In the beginning of June, she took a turn for the worse. My siblings and I were able to see her on her last day. We were very thankful for that. Shante’a gave me updates at least once a week and was my main contact throughout my Mom’s stay. I also had her cell number and was able to text her when needed. Galina Markovich, the Nursing Director, was wonderful as well. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my Mom. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders when they were able to accommodate her.

I am sure anyone who has a loved one with Alzheimers or dementia has struggled with the right placement for them. all started 1 1/2 years ago when I had to make a the to put my partner in a residential environment . It needed to be a place that specialized in dementia and Alzheimers. Even though they claimed that they specialized in Alzheimers each time I got that dreaded call that they could not handle my partner. I was referred to Millenium from the previous placement and from the first call to Galina to my visit with Shante I knew that this would be the perfect place. We live in Pa. and it is a distance but the communication and support has made it all worthwhile. Anytime I have texted Shante she has gotten back to me. I know that my partner is well taken care of and the only call I get are calls of concern for him as his disease progresses.
