Although my mother-in-law was a resident for only a few months, our family was very pleased with the care & compassion provided by all of the Brookdale employees - from housekeeping, front desk, administration, health & wellness providers to the kitchen staff. We encountered a few "glitches" along the way, but all were received and taken care of in a timely manner by the Executive Director and nurses overseeing her care. We are very grateful that our mother was in Brookdale for her final months and was provided with the safety and care she needed at that point. Would definitely recommend Brookdale to anyone seeking assisted living.

Being an out side hospice provider at the Brookdale locations I am very pleased with the compassion the caregivers provide. The nursing staff has been exceptional in communication and allowing us to partner in education and residents activities. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful and we enjoy are partnership in care.

My mom stayed at Brookdale in Brookfield in their memory care facility.The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. I visited her almost every day. The staff was amazing and so caring toward my mother and the other residents. I couldn't have been more impressed and grateful for the care she received. They addressed issues and concerns immediately. The nurse in charge, Nicole Armstrong, made this difficult time in my family's life much less stressful. She genuinely cared for our mother and we could see how much she cared for all the residents. I had numerous meetings with her where she explained my mother's needs and what additional care would be required. I felt the cost was very reasonable. I have told my children that if I need to go into a facility, that is the only one I want to go in.

Our dad has a safe & nurturing place to stay at or come home to. The communication is excellent from most if not all the staff members. I feel like people are genuinely working there for the right reasons. The food is really good per my dad. Thank you for all you do Brookdale of Brookfield. The only reason it is not a 4 star, would be adding a few more amenities & aesthetically updating in & outside of the building, especially for the cost. Overall, though 4.5/5

My mother has had incremental declines with Alzheimer's for a decade; we were one of the first to enter the new memory care units at Brookdale in Brookfield; and then we were able to upgrade care across the street when more care was needed. My mother is still in good care at Brookdale and we have the confidence that she will receive any and all treatment she will need. Recently, my mom has been not in favor of haircuts, but the staff and other residences were putting dollars in a jar until she finally agreed. She looks great after that haircut; the pic below close to her 86th birthday. She continues to enjoy her time at Brookdale.

My husband needed to move in when his care required more than I could provide at home. The staff is has been very friendly, caring and attentive to his increasing needs. They are quick to act as issues arise and always keep me in the loop, which is very reassuring. Overall, we've been pleased. The only problem we've faced is that sometimes there are not enough caregivers to help every resident in a timely manner, although I suspect that this is an industry-wide problem and the executive director, nurses and staff work hard to keep everyone well cared for.

One of the nicest Assisted Living facilities. A very thoughtful staff who care about the residents. Excellent communication with caregivers and families. Brookdale also has a robust memory care facility. As a healthcare provider I am in and out of many local facilities, this is one of the best communities in the area.

Our family is so impressed with and grateful for all the special care being given to our mom, Alice. She went into Brookdale, as a result of a fall that broke her shoulder. I attempted to get her a hospital bed, because she was unable to lay flat due to the fall. The insurance company denied the request. Mom was sleeping in a recliner for an extended period of time and, at one point, with a catheter. I recently received a call from Amy saying that she found a bed for mom, free of charge. She truly went above and beyond, and I was touched by her caring heart. Also, the nurses and caregivers provided extra special care to mom during the time she had a catheter and continue to do so. They are a blessing to each person they devote their time to. What would we do without them. Thank you.

It was a tough decision to choose a home for my mother. Although she had a terminal diagnosis I wanted her remaining time to feel as normal as possible. After touring numerous facilities I chose Brookdale in Brookfield. The Assisted living complex felt like a home and the staff was friendly, caring and accommodating. There are so many people at Brookdale that made my mothers end of life journey as comfortable and loving as possible. One employee, Mitch, went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were taken care of during this very difficult time. Im very happy with my decision to place my mother at Brookdale and will always have loving memories of the staff
