Kevin was nice and gave us a tour of the facility. He was very detailed and explained the process for us. The cottage and room were nice and clean. The staff is also friendly. My grandmother has macular degeneration so the buckled sidewalks do not work for her.

I toured The Cottages while exploring memory care for my grandmother, and I was so impressed. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The community feels safe, uplifting, and beautifully maintained, with engaging activities and incredible food. The activities look amazing which is the most important thing to us. Every week they explore new chic ice creams shops in the Palm Beaches, go on waterfront picnics, stroll along Flagler, tour the animal shelters and zoo, all in September. There is something to do all day. I left feeling confident this is a place where my grandmother could truly thrive.

I’m the niece of a current resident at The Cottages, and I just have to say, changes they made, they need to keep it going forever, My sister and I am so happy. Since the new management took over, it’s like the entire place has woken up. The Executive Director, Kevin is phenomenal. All my friends there say the same thing he’s everywhere. He walks the buildings, checks in personally, and if he ever misses a call, he returns it within minutes. I don’t know how he does it, but e is so dedicated. Even more impressive is the team he brought with him. You can feel the changes, it culture, the staff is upbeat, and seems genuinely happy to be there. That energy rubs off on the residents too. And now, the food? Let me tell you: unbelievable. We went from meh to can I come here for dinner? All fresh, all homemade. My aunt’s been bragging about the meals like she’s dining at a boutique bistro. It’s seriously that good. She has memory, and knows what good food is. The activities are non-stop and so thoughtfully planned. Whether it’s art, music, trivia, or themed events, there's always something going on. And the volunteers? God bless them. They bring so much love and light into the place, it feels like a true community. They still need to work some updates, thankfully the roofs are fixed. They say more is coming. My aunt doesn't have a million dollars, and finding a community we could afford and is still great was not easy. The care has always been great, but now it is all great. My sister and I visited several places for mom. I wasn’t really excited about any. I didn’t get that happy feelinguntil we went to Pacifica. Loved the people that work there, all of them. Samantha is also Great! The cottages are so nice . It gives that home feeling.The gardens are beautiful with nice patios .But then , we picked her room and started bringing her things in. The people that live there were coming in and introducing themselves, they were all so sweet. They told us they love living there. I knew then my mom was going to be happy there. After she moves in and is there for a while , I will update how all is going. Thank you Pacifica . Debby and Susan

My dad name is Rocco who is a resident, we feel extremely welcomed every time we visit him. The front staff is always super nice. Our family put our dad here upon meeting Summer who was our first point of contact. Summer passion for the patience and really caring about them was felt immediately. She is why my dad is living here. We also are super satisfied with the care he gets from all the nurses/aids in cottage 5. They are always smiling and seem to handle anything in a manner that we feel comfortable. Thanks to everyone for taking care of our dad Rocco.

pacifica senior living at palm beach the staff are extremely welcoming and compassionate to all of their residents and visitors. The place is always cleaned well and is beautiful inside. very spacious and has a comfortable loving atmosphere. There is also a variety of fun activities such as a band and singing entertainment crafts, bingo and many other fun games! The residents are always happy and smiling and are extremely cared for I 100% recommend this place to anybody who is thinking about having their loved ones live here.

I visited this community last week and I was so impressed by the staff. I'm so glad that I didn't commit to any of the other communities that I visited before this one. This is the first assisted living facility that I've been in that I didn't feel like I was just a potential sale or a bank account that was ready to be plundered. . I was able to spend some time with some of the residents and the lady that runs the community. Everyone seemed happy and the staff really acted like they had hearts and cared about the folks that live there. My wife has fallen in love with this place.

My mother has been at Pacifica for 1-1/2 years. I live out of state and rely on the staff to attend to her needs and keep me informed. They have been exceptional at both. I am always pleased with how clean her residence is and how engaged and involved they keep her. I looked at many facilities before choosing Pacifica. The uniqueness of the facility is what drew me to it, but the warmth and kindness of the staff, is why she is still there. Thank you for making a difficult life transition more comforting.

Pacifica is a beautifully kept assisted living facility. The residents are well tended and and the staff is genuine and extremely caring. On my last visit I was greeted warmly and stayed for one of the activities. I truly appreciate the social interaction that the residents share here and am thankful that there is a safe place for my family to call their home.

My loved one has been in Pacifica for 3 years. The nursing staff, Caregivers, and administration, are very helpful, give excellent care to the residents, give 110% understanding and care. The social aspects and the activities are just wonderful and keep the residents stimulated and involved. This facility is the nearest thing to being home, and I am more than satisfied.
