Everytime I visit I find the residents are happy and busy with activities. You can tell the staff truly cares for each resident and knows and cares for them as if they were their own family members. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to have a family member stay here.

My Dad just loves living at Our House! Every time I come to visit him the staff are amazing and very attentive to the needs of their residents. I can't stop smiling when I see all the staff and residents participating in the activities during the day. I’ve worked at our house since September of 2018, and this is honestly the best job I’ve ever had. I come to work every day with full confidence that myself and co-workers are going to provide the best care to all of our guys and gals here. We are family here, the bond we build with residents and their families isn’t something you will find in a big facility. We learn the ins and outs of every individual and the connections we build all together as a family is something I’ll never forget, wherever life takes me.

My Mom has been at Our House for around six months now. The staff is engaged and caring, treating her with kindness, respect and humor! Daily activities are available for her to participate in, which she loves! They are great in communicating with me if any issue arises. The homelike setting is comfortable, and so much nicer than a "hospital" feel. She can have her art projects and crafts to work on in her room, in addition to the group activities in the shared spaces.. We are always welcomed when we come to visit, and never treated like we're imposing. Our House has been a real blessing for our family!

As my sister and I looked for a memory care facility for our Mom, we were amazed that some facilities were "no way!" Or "maybe?" Then I visited "Our House" in New Richmond,WI and "Wow!" was my response. From the moment of the first visit till now, almost six months later...it is still "WOW!" Every team member in this facility is WONDERFUL! They love and care for my Mom as if she was their Mom, Grandma, or Aunt. She is cared for with so much love and dignity... truly God brought us to this place. My Mom enjoys the activities (though she was never a crafter or game player) and the food is prepared with love and is a well balanced nutritional meal. Everyone there is so approachable to answer my many questions - I feel like the warmth of love overflows to every resident-visitor-and family member. When I brought my Mom back to Our House on Easter Sunday evening after spending the day at my house, one of the staff members came out to my vehicle to offer her help in getting my Mom inside along with some of her belongings. I appreciated that so much. She then offered to have my Mom join the other residents in watching a movie and eating popcorn. My Mom loves the care she receives there and says the meals are "well balanced and nutritious." The staff members care very much about the residents and treat them like family.

All of the nurses and caregivers that took great care of my mom were awesome! I would recommend our house senior living memory care for your parent that you are looking to get help with there dementia/Alzheimer's. This place is great! My mom was at our house in new Richmond and she loved the people whom took care of her. And she also made friends with other residents.

I feel like my mom had a comfortable and safe place to live at Our House. There was definitely a sense of community and residents have plenty of social interaction. She was able to bring her beloved house plant and other comforts of her home. She was treated kindly and with dignity and respect. The house is set up conveniently for residence to maneuver their way around with homey rooms and lovely outdoor spaces. She had plenty of activities to stay busy and home cooked meals she enjoyed while visiting with others in the dining area. Her experience there right up to the end of her life was met our expectations. I would not hesitate using this facility again.

I can not Thanks the team at Our House!!! My mom was there for less then a year and they took such GREAT CARE for her!!!!!!!! Putting up with taking spoons and hiding them in her bra. My mother was lived at Our House memory care/assisted living in November of 2020. This is the best place ever that my mother or anyone could live in to get care for her dementia. The staff/nurses there are the best as they not only care for their residents, but become like one of there family members. Our House is a small care facility where they make you feel the residents at home and part of there family. The level of attention and care is the best I've ever seen. The whole staff is just so kind and loving with not only the residents, but the close family members as well. I highly recommend this place for care for anyone! Thank you so much for being there for my mother until the end and us!

We first dipped our toe in the water to try them out with a respite stay for my husband who has Alzheimers. Within a few days he was telling other residents, That last place I lived was confusing. I like it better here. His last place was the home we shared together. I knew then it was time to move him to a place where he could get 7-24 hour care and a simplified floor plan. The number of residents is small so it feels homey and relaxed. The staff treat him patiently and kindly. I always felt welcomed when I visited daily pre-COVID-19, and now they have helped my husband FaceTime so we can see each other. Our House Senior Living was a good fit for our family.

Our experience with Our House has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. From the day we moved Mom in, every need was met. Each and every Care Aide, had- has a way of making Mom feel as though, she was-is the ONLY resident there. Each day Mom is met with smiles and a willingness to make that day, all she wants it to be. She has found at least one quality in every Care Aide, that she finds so special. No matter what time of the day we drop by, we are met with the same smiles and always a willingness to help and support. There has been great attention paid to making Our House feel as though, its Home to all who reside there. Activities are carefully thought out and planned, not only for good ole fashioned fun but also to challenge every resident with memory issues. Even when it seems , theres nothing special going on,social skills are developed and practiced. In addition to this, everyones Birthday is celebrated with cake and party. All individual families are treated as, one big family. Mom has said 1,000+ times If I cant be on my own anymore, Our House is the ONLY Place I want to be. It is a clean, comfortable and Homey atmosphere. Our family feels incredibly fortunate and Blessed to know that Mom is at home in Our House

Recently moved Mom to Our House. She lived independently but because of memory issues needed to have assistance. Such a beautiful location and director and aides have all been so welcoming and helpful. They truly want to make it a home for her. Mom is so grateful for-loves the healthy meals. That was a concern I had no idea existed when she lived by herself.

Dad has been at Our House for a month... he is very comfortable there. He has a homey room and the all over feeling at Our House is that down home feeling! Staff are friendly and very caring! My husband moved into Our House May 15 and within a few days we knew it was a good fit. It felt like home for him. The staff is friendly and caring, and the simple layout is just what he needed. There are activities every day so hes never bored. Im glad we found Our House when he needed to make this move!
