We have been most pleased with the staff we have encountered during the process of bringing our sister/sister in law to live at Peregrine Memory Care in Clifton Park. Especially Crystal Rivera who helped us through the process from "first look" to "move in". I would very much like to also acknowledge "Jason" in maintenance who makes himself available to help with whatever is requested by the resident or family relative to needs, not to even mention his warmth, kindness and assistance to residents as he hustles from task to task!!

My first experience with Peregrine was in 2012 when my late father resided there for a year. His time there was peaceful and all of his needs were met to our family's satisfaction. Fast forward to 2022, my mother needed a more structured routine and social activities. We arranged an interview, and walked in, only to be greeted by the same administrator, Laura G., who remembered my father from more than a decade ago. Needless to say this was incredibly re assuring and more than 16 months later, my mother who needed a strong social structure and staff who could appreciate her vibrant and loving personality, is thriving at Peregrine. The feeling that we are all at " her home" when we visit her, is the highest compliment we could convey. Her days are filled with warm and loving social interactions and a lovely comfortable environment. We can not begin express our gratitude to all of the staff at Peregrine who clearly understand the importance of their work. I'm continually left with a feeling of peace and comfort knowing that we are all seamlessly connected in giving my mother the love and support she deserves. With our deepest appreciation..

My family is so grateful for The Peregrine in Clifton Park. It was the perfect place for my mom to move in. She had no trouble adjusting to her new home. The staff is kind and caring and attentive to the resident's comforts and needs. They took the time to get to know mom's hobbies and habits before she arrived and welcomed her warmly. The place is spotless bright and cozy and the residents are engaged in many fun activities. They look after their physical and emotional health very well. I'm so relieved to know she's in good hands.

They are truly professional and compassionate towards their residents and their families. They understand dementia and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it for the individual and their family. The staff works hard to make life better and cater to those needs of the individual with dementia. They make them feel loved, secure and cared for which is so important when caring for anyone but especially caring for those with this difficult disease.

My mom is currently at Peregrine, and not only is she happy, we are happy! She is thriving, making friends, and enjoying activities that are provided to her daily. The social aspect is wonderful for her and she truly feels at home there. She raves about the food, it is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. They are responsive, loving, caring, and I couldn't be more pleased with the progress my mom has made since we made the difficult decision to place her. She truly is loved and cared for.

My 90-something year old dad has been living here for over 2 years. He truly feels like he is surrounded by family. These past few months, during Covid, the staff has been marvelous in helping the residents and their families adapt to the changing circumstances and requirements. My dad is very happy living there, and he enjoys his interactions with the staff every day. They help him feel liked and respected and valuable. The staff makes every effort to accommodate our families interactions with my dad, and are uniformly empathetic , helpful and proactive in keeping us informed of any issues that need to be addressed. I sleep well at night because I know my dad is taken care of in a way that surpasses what his family could ever do for him at his stage of life.

Our loved one has been at Peregrine in Clifton Park for almost one year. We have been delighted with the care she has received. Each employee engages with the residents in a positive and respectful way. The residents are treated with respect and dignity. Most impressive to us is how the residents are treated as the accomplished, intelligent, and independent adults they have been their entire lives. The facility is clean and well maintained. If there is any problem or issue with either the facility or the care my loved one is receiving, the issue is met with immediate action. The activities offered are creative, varied and created with the residents in needs and wants in mind. I stopped by unannounced recently and I could not find my loved one. I finally tracked her down in the other wing, enjoying a dance party!! It was such a delight to see her so joyful! I always feel welcome to visit at any time. She is more stimulated and physically healthier here at Peregrine than she was in the last few years in her own home. I confidently recommend Peregrine in Clifton Park.
