I have been extremely impressed with the level of care and attention from Executive Director, Ilona Corpus and her staff to the residents. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate, they go above and beyond to ensure the residents are comfortable and well-cared for. When I visit the residents are always engaged and social activities with the staff providing activities for them to participate in. They interact with dignity & compassion and know how to engage all the different personalities of the residents. The level of care is consistent. The residents have the freedom to move around their "home" with outdoor access anytime they want it, in a secure manner. It does not feel closed in & visitors come & go without any prior announcement of their arrival. Highly recommend!!

We visited half a dozen memory care facilities looking for respite care. We were impressed by the GENUINE caring attitudes & actions of the employees. There was lots of one-on-one attention given to the residents. They interact with dignity & compassion and know how to engage all the different personalities of the residents. After observing on many visits I can confirm that the level of care is consistent. Additionally , the residents have the freedom to move around their "home" away from home and have outdoor access anytime they want it, yet in a secure manner. It does not feel closed in & visitors come & go without any prior announcement of their arrival. Senior Care Villa does not boast or serve gourmet food like so many of the other places we visited do. It is more like regular good, healthy home-cooking. I have noticed there is fresh vegetables &/or fruit with every meal that I have observed. Dementia patients sometimes get anxious & I was either contacted or later told about a few situations and how they helped our loved one get out of the situation. They were able to calm & reassure him everything was okay. Ilona, the Executive Director, and Tamika, the Nurse, are the ones who set the example of a pleasant & kind atmosphere. Their hands-on approach & treatment of each resident shows great leadership. They are very engaged in the day to day communication with the people we entrust them to care for and the employees who play a critical role in the day to day care, and the families they serve. Our loved one improved in his zest for life under their care, a bonus I never would have expected. If you are looking for a place that truly cares & more like a home rather than a showcase, Senior Care Villa of Loomis is the place. I am beyond grateful for the individualized attention our loved one has received and how it seems each & every resident does, too. Lastly, the employees smile to the residents & seem to REALLY know each & every one. Highly recommend!!

This facility amazed me with the well trained staff they have. Tamika & the rest of her team makes residents feel like they're home. Well cleaned, organized & overall fun community! The residents and staff are always enjoying activities in the living hall whenever I arrive! Hard to find a community like this!

The staff at the Senior Care Villa of Loomis became a second family to my husband. Placing my husband in their care was the hardest decision I ever made. Ilona and Tamika have hired great staff who are patient, kind and loving. The staff knows all the residents by name as well as their likes and dislikes. They treated my husband with respect and I felt very comfortable having him live there. I appreciate all they did for him and would recommend the facility highly.

I love this facility, I have been coming here for some time to bathe patients on Hospice the staff from the administration to the caregivers everyone is very nice and helpful, they never get frustrated when I'm asking lots of questions and it's meal time which is very busy for them as they are assisting feeding their residents they always respond in a very polite demeanor! They take really good care of their residents they are always clean & smiling!! They engage with them and treat them with kindness & patience, you can tell that they love their job and the people they take care of!

I was driving on I80, when I saw the sign on the right, Senior Care Villa of Loomis. I decided to stop by and look around, because my family and I are looking for a memory care for my grandma. I was greeted by the Executive Director, Ilona. Without having an appointment, she took me to her office without hesitation and gave me her undivided attention. Asked me questions and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After talking about 45 minutes or so, she asked if I am ready for the tour. Showed me her beautiful home like community and introduced me to some of their very compassionate staff who was attending some of the residents. Ilona was talking about her community, her residents and her staff in a way that it was heartwarming. Before we ended the tour, she gave me a beautiful box of home made cookies with her card and a brochure. She walked me out to my car and assured me that I can call her with any questions I may have at any time. I mean just wow, it's very rare to find a place like Senior Care Villa of Loomis. My family and I will definitely taking my "Nana" to move in, since after touring many memory care in the area, Senior Care Villa of Loomis stood out by far. Caring staff, beautiful clean community (it smelled wonderful from the moment I entered)and the most caring staff. If your loved one needs memory care, check out this place and I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Going to Sr Care Villa over a year I see a great change in the facility, staff and Management. I was very impressed with the new decor of facility. How the staff is more attentive and even the food that is offered is So much better. When looking for a place to call home for mom or dad, please look at Sr Care Villa in Loomis.

It's been a difficult decision one that wasn't taken lightly to place my Dad in a care facility. I toured many places and every place I just couldn't see my Dad there. Until I visited Senior Care Villa of Loomis. When my Dad arrived he was bed bound and the sparkle had left his eyes. All of the staff are kind, caring, supportive, and passionate about helping residents live their best life. He is not only out of bed but standing again. He recently said to a staff member that he was his belly was full of good good and he was happy. What a relief to hear from my dearest Dad. Thank you Senior Care Villa for all you do!!!! I wouldn't have my Dad anywhere else.

Visiting Loomis was amazing. I can't say enough about their team because they are so great. I absolutely loved the layout of the property with amazing outdoor spaces and plenty of room for daily walks. I highly recommend.

I think this was the best place for my Father. We was asked to leave by a few facilities because of his dementia and agitation. When I brought him to Senior Care Villa was not sure if the same would happen again, but I was pleasantly surprised how well he adjusted and has a good quality of life at this new home. I am so happy to have found this gem and now I can sleep peacefully at night knowing that he is good hands.
