Oh my goodness, words cannot describe how completely obsessed I am with this place! I’ve been trying to find a spot in the city that doesn’t just feel like another cold, industrial concrete box & The Green Greenhouse is an absolute dream come true. The moment you step through the door, it literally feels like you’ve been transported into a tropical secret garden. There are hanging pothos vines everywhere, massive monstera leaves framing the windows, and the most beautiful natural sunlight flooding the entire space. It is incredibly aesthetic - honestly, every single corner is a perfect photo opportunity. But it’s not just about the look; the energy here is so vibrant and alive. They have a gorgeous playlist going with the best upbeat indie-pop tunes that immediately put you in a fantastic mood. It’s the perfect place to meet up with friends, catch up on life or just sit and soak in the positive vibes. Now, let’s talk about the menu because I am still thinking about it. I ordered their iced rose-vanilla latte with oat milk & it was pure perfection - not too sweet, totally floral & so refreshing. They also have this amazing avocado toast served with edible flowers on top & a lemon-lavender loaf cake that is to die for. Everything is presented so beautifully, you almost don’t want to eat it! The staff are also the absolute sweetest people ever. They genuinely smile, give great recommendations & you can tell they love being there just as much as the customers do. Plus, they actually sell some of the smaller potted plants, so obviously I couldn’t leave without buying a cute new little succulent for my desk. If you need a bright, joyful escape from the gray city streets and want to surround yourself with plants, beautiful food & amazing energy, you need to visit this place immediately. Bringing all my friends here next weekend!

Highly recommend "The Greens at Greenwich" for both transparency, honesty and integrity in elderly care. Mary Ellen is the best Executive Director, and our family member with severe Dementia was exceptionally taken care of and with dignity. We searched for months both inside and outside of the city and my family is just so grateful for meeting Mary Ellen and her staff and choosing this cozy, caring home for our own precious family. The facilities and activities are all fantastic and we often found ourselves quickly driving up to have lunch with our family there as it was so inviting. For something so important like Dementia care I cannot praise enough this place & Mary Ellen.

We couldn't have found a better place than The Greens at Greenwich. My father consistently tells me how much he loves it there. He's SO excited about all the activities that I feel like I've "gotten my father back". Mary Ellen, the Executive Director, is literally hands on, always acts in my father's best interest, and is very responsive to my many questions. I've found ALL of the staff - nurses, aides, activities leaders, etc - to be lovingly attentive to my father's unique needs. It's a hard decision to place your loved one in a facility but you can rest assured that The Greens is doing all they can to make life better for your loved one and give you peace of mind.

My wife has been a resident for just under two months. The staff is welcoming, kind and attentive which has helped make the transition go very smoothly. The Greens at Greenwich has activities throughout the day, including, but not limited to live music performances, art therapy, various games and trivia, etc. which keep the residents engaged and happy. The facility’s director, Mary Ellen Frango, is dedicated, extraordinarily hard working and amazingly responsive. Under her watchful eye, I expect The Greens at Greenwich to continue to provide residents with a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. The new director of nursing, Glamoria Powell, is caring and compassionate. The Recreation Director, Caroline Greco, and her entire staff, go to great lengths to encourage residents to participate in as many activities as possible and are genuinely happy when residents are engaged, laughing and interacting with one another. Family members can be confident that their loved ones are being well looked after.

The Greens at Greenwich has been the prefect place for my mother. In 2019 it became clear her dementia had advanced and it was no longer feasible to keep her at home. I love that she has access to the entire building and out door garden as my mother is very mobile and likes to walk all day. The staff is very caring and understanding and my mother is thriving at the Greens. There are so many things for the residents to do and there is a lot of music which my mother loves. I much prefer the more intimate setting at the Greens over the larger Assisted Living facilities with a single memory floor. The Greens feels like a home with residents with dementia/Alzheimers and a caring staff to take care of them. It feels like a real home rather than a facility when I visit my mother. Placing my mother at the Greens at Greenwich was the best decision for my mother and our family.

Our mom lives there, she gets excellent care, kept very active all day and even the food is very good. Its a small place and they treat all the residents like family. We are so happy to have her at the Greens and are able to visit and even bring her home for Sunday dinner once in a while. Highly recommend the Greens.

My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2011. He has been at The Greens since 2018. The staff, the activities, the open door policy, the kindness, the sense of dignity for each individual resident, the patience, the atmosphere of tender orderliness”all of these things make The Greens not only a capable, caring facility, but a home for residents and their families as well. Bringing my husband to a resident facility was the single most difficult thing I ever did in my life. The support we got from everyone at The Greens didn’t make it easy, but it made it possible. I will be forever grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about the greens. We are so lucky to have our father there. He moved in with medium dementia but now has very bad dementia. The staff is so nice to him even when he’s quite difficult. They love him and act like it’s a privilege to care for him. The peace of mind from having him at the greens is invaluable. I would highly recommend the greens to anyone looking for a safe, warm, loving, and fun place for a relative with memory issues or dementia.

The Greens at Greenwich is a model facility that points the way to how things should be when caring for someone with memory impairment. The residents are in a beautiful facility with healthy, tasty meals, and with daily art, dance, drama, and music activities. The homelike atmosphere is ever present with a caring and professional staff that know how to encourage each individual to achieve the best they can throughout the day. I love the colorful and safely-structured gardens, and that the staff regularly encourage outdoor time and/or a pleasant stroll when weather permits.

Dad moved into The Greens at Greenwich over 2 years ago at the age of 98 and never looked back! My brothers, sisters-in-law, and I couldn't be happier with his living situation either! We're all ready to move in, too! Seriously, Dad loves the staff, activities, and food. And we love the fact that he's so well taken care of! It's a pleasure to visit Dad at The Greens and interact with the staff there. Everyone's a winner!
