My wife has been living at Foxtrail Hillsdale East for 15 months. I can't speak highly enough of the facility. The staff is fantastic, turn over is pretty low, its clean, it smells good ant the residents are well taken care of. Visitors are welcome, I'm even allowed to to my wife and the dog to the duck pond for a walk everyday. Foxtrail is not as spacious or beautiful as the other places I checked out but I believe the service and attention given to the residents is way above average.

My Father was at this facility for about 4 months prior to his passing. We could not have been more pleased with his time at Fox Trail East. Monique, and her staff, made his transition into the facility and his entire stay easy on him and our family. We were blessed to have him here at such a difficult time.

Mom has been at this facility for several years and loves it! Staff is very friendly and attentive to each persons needs. Monique is a great manager who is organized and keeps close contact with family members.

My mom has been living at Fox Trails East for over a year and we are very happy with the care she receives. I feel like her caregivers genuinely care about her and she seems to like them as well. (mom is non verbal now so its hard to get any information from her. But I can tell by her facial expressions that she is happy with her caregivers). I visit often and I never see her or anyone else unkept or neglected. The atmosphere feels more like a family than a facility. I truly believe they care about their residents and are doing the best they can dealing with the sad situation of Alzheimers or dementia. This is the only reason I can sleep at night. And I have full confidence in Monique, that she is doing the best she can for the residents and their families.If I could change anything, it would be their visitors policy, which is very strict right now because of COVID. I recognize the policy is to protect the residents, but I dont think it has to be as restrictive as it is.

My Dad was at Fox Trail for a year before his passing. He was taken care of by the special staff at Fox Trail. They treated my Dad like family. The staff went above and beyond to keep him happy and comfortable. I will never forget them. I am still in touch with the special staff at Fox Trail.

We brought Mom to Fox Trail about a year and a half ago, and Im very, very happy with the home and the people. Previously, Mom was living in larger, more institutional facilities. She is getting better attention and more personal care here at Fox Trail. From my experience, the house manager, Monique, and all the caregivers (Beatriz, Rosa, Roberta, Lucy, Sofia, Carla, Sandy, and others) are friendly, professional, capable, conscientious, and caring, and they are taking care of my mother physically and mentally, in ways I could not. I highly recommend this

Fox Trail communities are truly home for their residents. Katheryn, who showed me around, was so compassionate and informative and spent a lot of time with me. While I found another place that I feel is a better fit for my mom right now, I will definitely keep Fox Trail in mind if that changes.

Staff and management are very attentive. Definitely an excellent price for the services they provide. They are focused on keeping residents involved with activities. Memory Care Living not only provides exceptional care for my father but also continuously educates my family and I about the psychology and proper treatment of dementia.
