Making the decision to move my mom into memory care assisted living was not easy, but the staff at the Atrium have made this transition as smooth as possible for my mom and my family. She is in a safe and secure environment, supported by a kind and caring staff, and send to be adjusting well to her new home. Deanna has been a huge support to me since day one, introducing me to the community, guiding me through the process to get my mom moved in, and staying in touch with me while we all adjust to this new chapter of my mom's life.

My mom had some difficulties adjusting but the staff is wonderful and trained to help new residents acclimated. They took her in and made her a part of the "family". We moved my dad to the Atrium at Veronica Drive a few months ago and have been consistently impressed by both the staff and facilities. Although the decision to move him from his home was difficult, it has been much easier knowing he is well-cared for and is happy. Highly recommended!

I can’t speak highly enough about the care, attention and family involvement our beloved family member is receiving at The Atrium, Veronica Drive, Danvers. Our family member never married and lived alone in her home for 40 years, the last three years with a 24-hour-a-day caregiver. Eventually, additional care was needed for health and safety reasons. Also, because of increasing physical limitations, she was not able to take part in social activities outside the home in the community. Now, the Atrum is has changed all of that. Because the Atrium is set up in communities with each community having its own regular care staffs, residents and staff members are very familiar, involved and comfortable with each other. The management of The Atrium does a wonderful job of providing the residents with social activities, ranging from religious services, to local outings traveling in the Atrium’s bus, to almost weekly professional entertainment brought in, to even having local children in costumes on Halloween visiting residents who passed out candy provided by the Atrium staff. Now, our family member’s increasing care, safety and social opportunities are being met and expanded, and our family is more at ease with our beloved family member’s healthier and active life. My mom has FTD and has been at the Atrium for the past two years. We've been extremely happy with the staff. They've been accommodating and considerate of her needs as she has steadily declined. They're extremely knowledgeable and have helped my family and I navigate her care. They've gone above and beyond with helping us understand how to react and interact with her when she's having a really hard time. I would definitely recommend the Atrium.

I went to the Atrium to visit my uncle & was immediately impressed with the cleanliness & staff playing the piano. My Uncle was happily singing along to the music, it was a really great visit. I think the piano player was Mark or something like that, but it was beautiful and all the seniors were really enjoying it!

What a wonderful place. I was visiting my elderly Aunt and was blown away by this place. The staff are amazing. Mercy and Rosemarie are the most wonderful RCA’s. The activities put on by Emma and Sun were spot on. I’m so pleased that my Aunt was able to get a spot at such an incredible facility. Ty to all who care for her.

Te Atrium at Veronica Drive provided the best care for my mother, who lived there for two years with dementia. The staff was incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring she felt comfortable and safe at all times. I always felt secure knowing she was in such good hands. One standout staff member was Sun, the activity director. Sun's dedication and creativity brought so much joy to my mother's days. The activities were engaging and well-planned, adding a great deal of happiness and stimulation to her life. The care at the Atrium is minimal at best because they clearly do not have adequate help. They overcharge for care that the residents don’t get.
