If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Mercy House. All of the staff is compassionate, patient, joyful , attentive and truly caring. We moved my mom here from a higher-end facility that, while beautiful and well-structured, felt overwhelming and impersonal for her. At Mercy House, we were able to make her room feel like home, and she immediately felt more at peace. The warm, homegrown atmosphere is exactly what we all love about our own homes I couldn’t ask for a better place for her.

What a wonderful community. My loved one was very well taken care of here. The staff truly treats each resident like their own family members. The activities are thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of every individual to bring engagement and fun to everyone. My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. I was so painful for our family. Luckily, we placed my dad here. It was close enough that mom could go see him. He was always well cared for. My dad had gotten too heavy for my mom. We felt blessed when the kind nurses took care of him and his critical needs. We would come by every day to see him. I always would check with the nurses, ask questions, and got answers. I felt like my precious dad was in the right place to care for him. What a true blessing!

Mery House is like a second home to me. Administration is great Chestin Seagraves is very attentive to his employees. Marketer Dorie Walton is amazing at her craft and always going the extra mile to make sure she can help whoever is interested in Mercy House. Whitney Buckner is an amazing activity director and loved by the residents and anyone she meets and brightens up the residents day with her activities . My Grandmother was upset with me when I told her that we are going to look at a place to live. We got there and the look on her eyes said it all. Dorrie made us feel comfortable and like we were part of her family. A truly wonderful experience and by the end of the Tour, my grandmother said to Dorrie that you will be seeing me again

Mercy House has been such a blessing to our family. My Mom has been a resident for almost 9 years. I believe she is their oldest resident at 100 years old! They are truly an extension of our family. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is!! The love and care they give my Mom means so much to me and my sister. I would highly recommend them!!

My husband arrived at Sodalis in Victoria by transport ambulance the last week of August 2020. It was a blessing to our family and to him. The family at Sodalis- - everyone from Nick and Rosie to the entire staff - I don’t have the words to tell you how our family Appreciates the care he receives. We know he is safe, cared for and loved (even when he’s Grumpy). It is not easy for the one you love for almost 50 year needs more care than you can give, but it a blessing to have peace knowing and loving his caregivers.
