Arden Courts is a great facility. Our family lives out of state and we felt very at ease with the care our father got. Tasha the director is amazing, and their entire staff was very sweet. The residents there all seemed happy and seem to always have something to do. Our family was very pleased with our experience.

I am an estate administrator and my client needed memory care for his sister ……. Visited a few places but wasn't satisfied but let me tell you when we contacted Arden Courts the vibe was totally different the environment was sooooooo warming. Grace and Jasmine were very hands on and personable and answered ALL of our questions without hesitation. The residents seem happy so we decided to go with the 30 trial which I personally feel is a great option and not to mention no long term contract is an awesome tool to have…… I highly recommend this place as they are personable and compassionate about the residents their care and their families thank you guys sooooo much for the wonderful service you provide

I have been very impressed with Arden Courts. We moved my mom in about 18 months and the care has been tremendous. It feels like a night and day difference from the prior place we had my mom. It makes feel good that mom is in a place like this. The staff turnover seems to be minimal and their approach and consistency has been sound.

A friend I've known since the 1960s has been a resident at Arden Courts since around the Pandemic. I've visited him most weeks since then. I find the staff friendly and concerned, and the facility clean and well-decorated. Individual rooms, however, seem small and used only for sleeping and bathroom situations. Residents congregate in a living room and/or dining room, but are free to walk the halls, if they are able. Since the facility is ONLY for memory care, every employee is aware of the limitations possessed by the residents. I believe that is a great advantage over facilities where memory care is just available as an add-on.

Arden Courts Livonia was selected for the fulltime memory care of my wife after an in-depth and extensive evaluation of several similar facilities. The family's evaluation included services, professional staffing, amenities, safety, onsite interviews and proximity for visits. Positive, unsolicited references from a former staff member and a former resident's family member were conclusive to our decision. We have found every nursing staff member, all care takers, nutritionists and the administration to be caring, professional and well trained in the understanding of cognitive issues facing residents. Arden Courts is clean, well maintained and decorated for the seasons. There is a happy, supportive culture throughout the facility. The grounds for resident walking and exercise are secure and relaxing. A variety of planned activities are available for all resident participation, if desired. For over the past several months, our family has been completely supportive and pleased with all aspects of our experiences with Arden Courts Livonia

We first came to Arden Courts Livonia when mom's dementia became too much for her assisted living to handle . It has been a blessing ! A caring staff , open floor plan and nicely manicured grounds for roaming . Numerous activities were offered but by the time mom was there she could no longer participate in them . Unfortunately, mom passed away last week. The staff at Arden Courts were very caring and supportive throughout the whole transition up to her final send off at the door with a prayer to go with the angels . Thank you Arden Court Staff .

I visited the care team at Arden Courts of Livonia recently to connect with them on their new not-for-profit status under ProMedica Senior Care and the opportunities this allows for grateful resident and family giving to support our Memory Care Fund. This fund enables actionable gratitude from grateful families and allows for grantmaking back to the residents, families, and the care team of Arden Courts to support residents and families along their journey with memory loss. When I first connected with Chanda, the Executive Director, I found her to be knowledgeable and clearly very connected to her residents and their families and her care team. I was also able to meet the center leadership team, including many team members with extensive tenure with the organization, and hear about all of the wonderful things taking place at the center. The team was so warm and welcoming. They are clearly very devoted to providing the best care and relationships I hope to be able to connect again soon.

My wife was entering the advanced stages of dementia and I could no longer give her the care she needed and deserved at home. We placed her in a place that turned out to be a bad match for her so when we started looking for another facility we took our time and did our duedelegence. We narrowed it down to a couple places but Arden Court just felt right to me and I haven't been disappointed. I visit her every day for a couple hours so I observe a lot when I'm there.The front office staff is great.The caregivers treat residents with respect and kindness. The medical team is top notch.They're great about keeping me informed and staying on top of any medical issues large or small. The rooms are kept spotless and if my wife's weight gain is any measure of the food than I'd have to say they do well with their food prep and menu. They offer a variety of activities but don't force participation.The grounds are expansive and we'll kept. Residents are free to roam around but are always being watched. Arden Court has worked out well for my wife. It gives me great comfort knowing she's being well cared for.

My Mother has been at Arden Courts for a year and a half. We have been overall pleased with her care, the environment and we have come to know the staff and residents well, feels like a second family... BUT... they have asked us to leave because she is at a level of care they cannot provide. My Mother now requires a Hoyer Lift and Arden Courts cannot accommodate her. We are so very disappointed that we have to relocate her to another facility. If your loved one may at one time need to be moved via a lift then Arden Courts is not the place for your loved one to be. This possible issue was not disclosed to us initially, when we moved her in she was mobile. Immobility is a common issue with dementia patients so you would think Arden Courts would be all over it since they are a dementia care facility. Also, there is a big lack of wheel chair accessible sinks..go figure!? Arden Courts provides a lovely setting, good care, good people and good food but LONG term care is an issue.To the response below, there is no point in calling. Arden Courts made their decision for us to vacate my Mother crystal clear. We have had several meetings and conversations already. Also to note, this situation has put an enormous amount of stress on my 82 year old Father who has his own health issues to deal with.

My loved one has been at Arden Courts of Livonia for a couple of years and the facility is safe, bright, comfortable and like home. The food is fabulous. Administration and staff respect and are engaged with residents. The grounds are lovely and there is a large, nicely landscaped outdoor area.

I have dealt with many nursing homes in my life and this memory care facility is top notch. I love how the employees work in the same house every shift. The residents and workers become like family to one another. The employees have become an important part of my life because of how well they care for my Godmother. They are kind, supportive, knowledgeable about memory loss and great people all around. I highly recommend this facility.

The caregivers are kind, mindful, and tend to the needs of every individuals. What sets this place apart is the variety of activities the seniors are engaged in throughout the day. My Grandmother gets a lot of anxiety when she is not engaged. This place is perfect for her. I love it.
