We could not have found a better home for my husband s mom. What was the most impressive is the main lobby room that is where all residents gather to grab tea:coffee or play games, or exercise . We toured last August with Ray who is so amazing ! We had the opportunity to talk with two residents who were thriving at Brookdale. Ray went into such details and answered all our questions during the tour then via email. We never felt pressure to place my husband s mom there . Every staff member are friendly and do helpful. It wasn’t until October we placed my husband’s mom at Brookdale and she is absolutely thriving !!!! They go on field trips, activities to engage all the residents , but most importantly it feels so warm to be there . We are so happy she is being cared for and treated beyond well!! Compared to other places in New York or New Jersey - Brookdaje is the Best !

Brookdale Cary has to be the best memory care community in the area, as soon as you walk in it’s like something you’ve never seen before. It’s bright, friendly, welcoming, and Ray does such a good job helping families move through the process. I would trust my own loved ones in their hands

Our experience with Brookdale Cary has been exceptional. Jenn and the nursing team are consistently kind, attentive, and truly compassionate in their care. You can tell they genuinely know their residents and treat them like family. A special shoutout to Ray, who does a wonderful job helping families get acclimated to the building and feel comfortable from day one. His warmth and guidance make a stressful transition feel much easier.

Brookdale Cary has been a wonderful community for my uncle. He moved in over a year ago and, during that time, he has consistently received the care and attention he’s required, even as his needs have changed. The folks working there treat him with a personal touch that is always appreciated and frequently heart-warming. The staff and management communicate well with our family, being available when we have questions and reaching out when they have information to provide “ or when there are highlights to share. We feel secure knowing my uncle is at Brookdale Cary, and, even better, he enjoys being there, taking part in the numerous activities and having attention paid to him. They do a great job!

We recently relocated my father-in-law to Brookdale Cary and are very pleased with the positive experience. The staff has been very engaged with the patients and are always welcoming to visiting family. We recently had the opportunity to enjoy dinner during a family theme night and had a wonderful time. My mother-in-law was a resident of Brookdale Cary for about a year just prior to her recent passing. My wife and I were regular visitors to the facility during that time, and had numerous chances to see the staff in action. We were always very pleased with what we saw and heard. The staff were always very kind and patient with her, and there were always activities (movies, sing alongs, puzzles, group games, visiting musicians, holiday dinners, etc) that kept the residents both entertained and (more importantly) engaged and socially integrated. During the very few times we expressed even a small concern or question, the staff reacted promptly and thoroughly to address and redress the situation quickly. We never doubted for a moment that we had picked the best place for mom's home and care during that last year of her life, and we would recommend Brookdale highly.

Brookdale Cary has been a wonderful solution for our family. The care is excellent, the Management is excellent, the facility is very clean, the food is excellent. There are weekly outings and activities all day long. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brookdale Cary to anyone looking for a specialized Memory Care facility

The facility is beautiful to look at. The night staff is horribly LOUD.. I don't know how residents can rest with the loud talking and multiple conversations at night. I'm here for 12 hours it's hell.. You can hear the laughing and complaining of overworked staff members complaining about their daily tasks. Very unprofessional. This is a quality control issue among other things..

Ray Stancil, Nigeria, Tammy, EVERYONE at Brookdale made my mom's entrance lovingly welcome! There are four beautiful courtyards and the interior is set up like an old Town. We LOVE it!

My sister ,Marcia, was recently placed at Brookdale in Cary. Since I live in Fort Lauderdale I had to go by other people’s recommendations. When I arrived this week I was overwhelmed at the attention and care she was receiving. I felt so relieved that all her needs were being met and she was so content. A special shout out to Lizzie,Keoachia and Nigeria for the outstanding job they are doing not only for my sister but the other residents. Her husband Bob and I are so grateful for your kindness.
