My sweet daddy was at Creekside not even a month before he passed. My dad was in advanced stage Alzheimer’s when we moved him. He was confused and extremely agitated but the care team at Creekside were patient and gave him the best care possible. I witnessed for myself the compassion and attention the caregivers show each resident. Although my dad was very hard to handle, Creekside staff and Vantage hospice did their very best to make his transition from this life to eternity one of comfort and dignity. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Creekside!

What a great place to have a loved one with Dementia. The staff are trained to give specialized care. The community leaders started with Debbie who has so much knowledge and amazing big heart for those with Dementia. Crystal leads the staff with care and compassion. These ladies have been providing care at this community for close to ten years. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one this is the best of the best!

My brother Daniel has been under Care at Creekside Alzheimer Center in Pearland, Texas for about 3 1/2 years. It’s been great for us to have such caring individuals that pay attention to the health and lifestyle of my brother. All the staff is very friendly and very caring. Our experience with Ashlyn at Creekside Alzheimer’s Special Care Center has been nothing but positive. Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is incredibly emotional and stressful for families, and having someone who truly listens and cares makes all the difference. Ashlyn took the time to answer our questions, walk us through everything, and made us feel like our loved one wasn’t just another resident but a person who mattered. She was always compassionate, patient, and honest about the level of care provided. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. It’s a tough job working with memory care, and it takes a special kind of person to do it with the kindness and professionalism she shows every day. This review is long overdue. My mother was a resident at Creekside from January 25, 2021, until her passing on November 20, 2025. As the only in-state caregiver for my mom, Creekside was truly a God-send. I never had to worry about her when I traveled, and I always knew she was loved and well cared for. The leadership and staff”especially the caregivers”genuinely care about the residents. During her entire time there, I had no complaints, and I was at the facility almost every day(when not traveling). A special thank-you to Executive Director Debbie for running such a tight ship; it shows in every aspect of how the community is managed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for both my mother and me.

I placed my wife in this facility after she spent 60 days in a SNF that I would never place anyone in. I visit my wife daily and I am super impressed with the care provided the aides are very helpful. The facility is clean and the residents are all friendly and appear to be very content. I felt bad about having to place my wife anywhere, but she was requiring 24/7 supervision because of her confusion and having frequent falls. I took care of her for 6 months, but from my previous experience I knew I was starting to have caregiver burnout. Anyway, I don't know how the facility was able to find such good CNA's. Sometimes I believe they can't be human. How they manage to leave their own personal problems at the door, I find that very impressive. I am very grateful to them being there for my wife.

I just want to start by saying I love this place!!! Ive stopped by on several occasions and the residents are always engaged in activities and the atmosphere has a home feeling. I love the staff and how they care for the residents. I met Shontel who is new to the community, and she was a joy and seems very knowledgeable she made my visit very pleasant and informative. I give this facility a 10 and will refer patients to this company.

Such a great, cozy, and friendly community. I had the joy of making a visit last week while I was running around Pearland. I walked in to several staff members offering to assist me while also assisting their residents as they got ready for their monthly birthday celebration. All of the residents looked happy and healthy and excited for the festivities. The staff managed their very busy memory care residents with ease and finesse. They really know what they’re doing here. I see LOTS of communities daily. Sure some may be fancier or have that shiny new penny feel. But at the end of the day, the way they treat their residents and love on them and treat them like their own family, that’s the real key. This place is doing just that. Kudos to you guys for making so many residents enjoy a quality of life for the time they have left. Well done! Melissa

Weekly visits to my darling aunti and uncle at Creekside are such a pleasure. One will never find the perfect place, but let’s keep the main thing the main thing! The constant attention to the residents by caregivers is something I’ve never seen in my own 50 years of medical work. The friendliness of management is valued and it is obvious this is team work at its best! Compliments to all!

I hope everything is ok there. I planned to visit a friend today. The rule there is that you call the office one hour ahead (no more, no less) to let them know you are coming. No one is answering the office phone. In addition, the voice mail box is full. My friend is not answering her phone, which is not unusual, as she has a hearing problem. There might be a serious issue going on. Then again, maybe there is just a phone issue. Why would you let the voicemail get full?

We had a great time visiting our Sister. The staff was very nice (Gwen) and we had the opportunity to meet the Owner, (Debbie) who was very cordial and pleasing to talk too. The facility was very clean, and I would highly recommend this care center to my family. friends and any looking for a referral. Our sister also agrees with us; even saying, "This is a great place". I have finally found a care facility that I can trust. Let me explain: My mom suffers from Alzheimer's and late-stage dementia. Once my father passed away last year it started progressing at a very rapid rate. MY wife and I tried to see to my mother but it just became too much for us to handle with kids, work & covid. So we made the painful decision and originally went with a care facility (name withheld) that we believed would take care of mom. I was wrong and although everyone was charming when I met them, within 2 months they had severely neglected my mother. Dehydration, 3 trips to the ER, bruises, scarring. I understand that was their fault but ultimately chose to send her there so I bear that guilt. However, I have now have made one of the best decisions of my life by rehoming my mom at Creekside. They are the absolute best. Unparalleled in service. I literally can't say enough about Debbie and her staff. Although some of the damage that was done to my mother prior was now irreversible, Creekside was able to get her weight, appetite, bruises all healed up. This means they are actually seeing my mom every 2-3 hours and moving her. Communication is A+ here and for me that is everything. Their staff is professionals and I would highly recommend Creekside. They were my saviors.
