As someone who has over 10 years experience in the healthcare field, specifically with seniors, I have to say I have never seen a community as beautiful as this one! The amenities offered at Carnegie heights are like a five star resort! From the restaurants to a salon, yoga studio, that's just naming a few! I was absolutely blown away by this community! Steve is also one of the most caring and involved managers I've ever seen. He knew all the residents by name! This community truly has the WOW factor!

This is a beautiful new facility with friendly staff and great amenities. It has food service, entertainment, exercise, crafts, learning, and social spaces. Resident transportation is provided. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and healthcare facilities. We enjoyed a resident get-together event and have been attending an on-site UNLV/OLLI course. We'll definitely consider Carnegie Heights when we're ready for a senior living lifestyle.

Outstanding facility! We researched several retirement communities for my wife's parents prior to discovering Carnegie Heigts Senior Living. It would be difficult to overstate how pleased all of us are with the facility. Apartment homes are clean and well-maintained. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and well prepared. I have a loved one who resides at Carnegie Heights, and at the first moment that we entered this beautiful building, we knew he was "Home". Val gave us an in-depth tour and then we got to sit with Cassie and Michelle as well to make sure that all of our questions were answered! From the stunning lobby area with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplace and welcoming seating areas, to the wall of windows overlooking one of two courtyards, the attention to detail is stunning. The gals at the front desk are always quick with a smile and greet frequent visitors and residents by name, and I constantly see the management out and about in the building interacting with residents and guests. Julie and Steve work tirelessly to create awesome activities and bring value with community partnerships, classes and seminars. My loved one is so happy with the dining options and enjoys the ever-changing specials and soups created by Head Chef, Sierra. His room is tidied up by the loveliest housekeeping staff and, if he has any issues within his unit, the maintenance staff, led by Donny, are quick to respond! My person doesn't always take advantage of the plethora of on-site activities, but I'm always impressed by the offerings that are available to residents and I love seeing groups of folks gathering for different events. Carnegie Heights is basically a cruise ship on land, and I've been so impressed with our experience!

I came to Carnegie Heights in February to tour the facility and fell in love with the staff and my apartment. I signed up that day with Valerie. While touring, I met friendly staff and residents. I moved in 3/1 and the restaurant, pub, and maintenance is great. As well as all the staff, especially Cassie who I signed the contract with. There is so much to do (activities, movies, excursions, happy hour, cocktail hour, etc), so there is no reason to stay in your apartment. It is up to YOU to make Carnegie Heights your home! Meet, mingle, and participate.

Just moved my Momma into Carnegie Heights. From the get go, Valerie and Steve were incredible! They took us on a tour, answered the endless number of questions and even shared a delicious meal with us. They made sure everything we needed was covered! Talk about independent, luxury living...this is it! The staff (Chef Sierra, Donnie, Cyn, Alivia, Shekevia, Philip and numerous others) make the place feel like you are on a permanent vacation! Every detail is covered with compassion, joy and care. The facility offers everything you could ever want! Movie theater, craft room, gardening area, exercise room and even a coffee area with fresh muffins and cookies! There are daily activities, excursions and even continued learning. I seriously can't say enough about Carnegie Heights! It's just a perfect place to enjoy life!!! So grateful to have found this gem!!!

I have lived in Carnegie Heights for two months, and as soon as I arrive I felt comfortable. The atmosphere is just great. You can only feel it if you are here. Staff is exceptional and so attentive to your needs. The guidance of their leader, Cassandra is exceptional. She went to Texas to help me pack and move me here and had everything arranged for me to live here. She also had Michelle waiting for me at the airport. No one has done something like that for me. My apartment is bright and spacious. I am so pleased to be here.

My mother moved into Carnegie Heights in late March 2022 and my mom could not be more happy. She is in her early 80's and PRIOR to moving into Carnegie she was definitely lonely, not active and unhappy. After her move in and getting settled, she adjusted quickly and now is making new friends and became active again. I also credit this to the staff that is always friendly and has empathy for the elderly. They go beyond their daily job to really help out above their job descriptions to make not only the residence feel accommodated but also their families. I have personally stayed in their family housing option that is comparable to a 5 star hotel suite. The food there is exceptionally good and could compete with any fine dining establishment. I moved into Carnegie Height's July 30th. One of the first things I noticed is that EVERYONE here is always smiling. Residents and staff alike. I also just love how much "at home" I feel living here. I really appreciate that the maintenance team here is top notch. Always available to help AND with a smile. Living here is like living on a fancy cruise shop that doesn't move. We've lived here in Carnegie for one year now and I'm sure that I've died and gone to heaven. The staff. Are the most loving and helpful people I've ever met in my life. The residents are all so friendly that I consider them like family. The meals are wonderful. The worst meal that I've had here is still better than the best meal I had at the other two places I've been. Yippee Carnegie!!!!

Recently assisted a client's move-in and was most impressed with Carnegie Height's ambiance, cleanliness, assistance from staff, and friendliness of other residents. I was invited to dinner in the beautiful dining room and enjoyed the best cheeseburger EVER! My client settled in well and is happy living here. I had a wonderful 3 day visit at Carnegie while visiting my Mother that is a resident now. The one bedroom apartment I stayed in was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The staff and residents are very friendly! I had several meals at the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities are top notch. I could have even watched a movie in the theater there. I would highly recommend this facility!

Both of my parents who are in their 80s have been living at Carnegie Heights for over a year now. They moved from Hawaii a few years ago and stayed at another retirement living community that they were not completely satisfied with. Since moving to Carnegie with their small dog, they have been very happy with the living accommodations and the caring attitude of the staff. My sister and I visit them occasionally and we are also very impressed with the facility and the staff being so accommodating. The staff also takes the COVID pandemic seriously and "protects" their residences to the maximum extent possible with minimal disruption to their livelihood. My parents feel like they permanently live in an "all inclusive resort" living their golden years on a permanent vacation. Thank you so much Carnegie for providing an awesome place to live for my parents! Mahalo Nui Loa!

I have been living at Carnegie Heights for two months and I couldn't be happier about my decision to move here. My reasons for moving to this type of living was to be carefree having everything taken care of with one bill with no hassles of home ownership. What I got was a warm, welcoming community with caring staff from the cleaning staff to the dining room staff all the way up to the Administration. Everyone is friendly and professional and always prompt to handle concerns. On top of a variety of fun activities both on and off site, the food is the best. It truly is like living in a Five Star Hotel except the other residents aren't strangers. They are friends and fast becoming more like family.

This is a very fine 55+ retirement complex with excellent options for older residents. A restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner offers a varied menu, recreational activities are regularly scheduled, and transportation options are provided for those who need them. There is a pool, an art room, a gym, a beauty parlor, a coffee lounge, a dog park and a movie theater. There is even a sports bar. The location is in a desirable area of Henderson near the Green Valley Casino.

New 55+ community with outdoor pool, exercise facilities, resident dining room, movie theater for residents, elevator, ample parking. 1 & 2 bedroom apartments..meals included. We ate in the dining room with our friends who live there....gave 4 stars as they need additional chefs & waiters in the dining room. Food selection on menus offer a great variety; however service was SLOW even though it was not busy with guests at the time we were there....we waited over 1 hour for our meals to be served & they were all COLD! The apartments are well laid out floor plans..not inexpensive..our friend's apartment & meals run about $4,000 per month...not affordable for everyone.

I am a 83 year-old man and have had 2 spinal fusion as well as grade 5 Prostate cancer surgery prior to choosing Carnegie Heights. After a lengthy, carful and detailed search I chose Carnegie Heights because of there experienced professional staff and an extremely accommodating and agreeable facility to live in. The geographical location is great for my morning jogs 5 days a week in order to maintain my fitness. Close to all Health facilities, eatery’s and grocery store. I certainly recommend Carnegie Heights.
