Everyone is great! Staff is awesome! However I feel that the front dack ladies are not welcome and seem tired of their day or not wanting to help. There's a new lady every few months. This one for the morning in the weekend seems not to be bothered and unwelcoming. She give a side eye when someone directly talking to her. Please be mindful that there's people walking in and out the front and watching this behavior.

The first day I moved in I was welcomed by other residents and staff, and it didn’t take long to feel like a part of the community! There are so many fun activities to participate in, as well as regular outings and entertainment. The bus service takes us shopping and to medical appointments so there’s really no need for a car. Going on a tour will help you to try one of our meals and to see all that Maple Brook has to offer.

Mom's been at MBT several months and is glad she moved there. The rooms are spacious with generous storage. The food quality is excellent and the facility is beautiful and well maintained. The residents are welcoming. There is a diversity of engaging activities, including outings, social hours, exercise classes and various games. The maintenance team is responsive to assure everything is in order. Thanks to all who make this happen. They are working to improve staffing in the dining area.

My in-laws absolutely love Maple Brook Terrace, and we have had the best experience with everyone there. Tracy Scott has been phenomenal, the staff genuinely cares, the apartments and spaces are beautiful, the chef is top notch, and they have more activities to do than my in-laws can fit in! The residents are also so friendly and help create such a fun and lively atmosphere. We couldn't have wished for a better place for them to be and for us to visit!

I visited the facility last August 2022 and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Staff were professional, friendly and attentive to any and all questions. The rooms were spacious and quiet even with neighbors. The facility was very clean and dining with staff and residents was very welcoming and open. The menu selection and quality of food was excellent.

My wife and I visited Maple Brook Terrace several times recently. We were impressed with the facilities, the staff, and the residents we met. We visited some other communities, but Maple Brook remained our favorite. We had started looking for retirement communities really before we were ready to move. Maple Brook will be our favorite when we restart our search.

After visiting this community I was totally impressed! I met the director as well as the events coordinator and the Chef. The facility was bright, clean and full of amenities! After speaking with the chef I found out that over 93% of the food is fresh and made from scratch in-house, and he's striving to reach 96% this year! What else I loved about this community is that everything is inclusive and they have a full kitchen in every apartment! I recommend anyone looking for a retirement community to definitely consider Maple Brook Terrace!

They always looking out for him and interacting with the residents. In addition, they always remember the family of the residents and welcome us into the community as well. This place is head and shoulders above the crowd! My mother wanted to move south from a senior living community in Northern Virginia. After a long and arduous search we found Maple Brook Terrace nestled in a corner of Greenville,SC! From the first interaction with Pam Van Dyke (which was entirely virtual) to my mother’s move in we have been impressed by every facet of this establishment. The staff at every turn has been both professional and more importantly kind! The facility is state of the art to include an impressive air filtration system that has residents raving. The food quality and dining service shows attention to nutrition and presentation. I tip my hat to the iPad toting servers and the chef who impressed. I can’t share with you how many frogs we kissed to get to this prince of a location! You can stop looking, Maple Brook Terrace has what your independent and active senior needs and more! Five stars in my book!

Prior to my retirement l was an visiting RN .My job took me into many retirement facilities, so l have a basis for comparison. I was so taken by Maplebrook Terrace that counted down the days til the opening. After 6 months residency, my initial impression was spot on.The staff is like a large extended family with a heart to serve. They will go the second mile to insure your comfort and happiness. The food is wonderful, with professional cooks in kitchen, often heard whistling as they prepare their delicacies. Residents congenial, as we appreciate how lucky we are to be here.

I visited Maple Brook last week and was totally Amazed at how beautiful the facility was. I was given lunch and a tour by Pam Van Dyke. She was very informative and helpful answering all of my questions. The facility was clean, spacious, offered Amazing amenities, and the staff was very friendly. My Dad is retired and looking to golf year round and quite particular about his surroundings and I believe this will be the perfect place for him to make that transition. I highly recommend Maple Brook Terrace!!

Our mom just moved into Maple Brook Terrace this week. We are beyond thrilled that she has a new home there. Maple Brook is a beautiful place! The architecture and design is modern, energizing and relaxing. The amenities are perfect! I cannot say enough about our dining experience; the food is pure perfection!! ALL of the staff at Maple Brook are just the NICEST people!!! Every single thing mom wants or needs is their upmost concern and mission. It’s a truly amazing place! Mom is very happy, secure, and content at Maple Brook Terrace. If you don’t schedule a visit you will miss out on the best retirement living experience in the Greenville area!!
