Beautiful place to live! Average age is 80+; most outings you pay extra for; no staff after 5 weekdays & weekends; totally independent living; ambulance & fire department just a phone call away; breakfast served once a week; other meals can be ordered from Hen House for once-a-week delivery. Included in rent: chair yoga, low impact exercise glasses, color pencil classes, canvas painting class, staff picked movie once a week, bus to Hy-Vee & Walmart once a week. Bus trips are limited to maximum of 12. Classes & activities are advance sign up and mostly limited to 12. Residents are a "Friendly Community" and welcome new residents!

A beautiful place and very professional staff. Jennifer & Emily are the real deal! You can tell they are genuinely caring people and love their jobs. They continue to be of assistance even after my mom moved in. I feel confident my mother will love her new life that begins at Aspen Ridge.

Beautiful community! Very impressed with the amount of activities put on for the residents to enjoy. Working with the office to help ease my parents moving has been amazing. Moving from a home can be emotional but I know my parents are in a perfect new home!

Everyone there was great! Dad very much enjoyed his time there and each one of you regularly went above and beyond helping him. I would recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone looking for a great apartment experience.
