The place sucks,I lived there,the food is crap,the first week I was there the rod broke in my closet,it took 2 weeks to fix it,the maintenance said that the company credit card was refused At Lowes and he had to wait for parts.then the ceiling collapsed in my bathroom,had Togo stay with friends for 2 weeks,got no break on the rent for that,then to top it off after I had been moved out for a year and a half a collection company calls me and says I owe a 1000 dollars in rent or they were going to agree up my credit,then I tried to call the Oaks to find out about this,they would not talk to me or return my phone calls,they never tried to reach me they just turned it over to collections and my rent was always,paid by the third of the month.

The Oaks at Brownsburg is a beautiful community. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy. The meals are delicious, and they offer housekeeping to help the residents have more time for things they enjoy.

LOVE The Oaks at Brownsburg! The team is so friendly and kind! The community is absolutely beautiful and is a definite must see. They provide lots of amenities to the seniors including wonderful activities, delicious meals, transportation and so much more.

WOW. WOW. WOW. This senior apartment community has changed so much! This IS the best kept secret. Check them out. Total upscale living at an affordable rate.

Our mom was ready to move out of her own home on 5 acres in the country and looked and looked for a suitable apartment. She stumbled upon Northfield and was instantly impressed. She signed up to move in within just a couple weeks. She was scheduled to move on a Wednesday but then fell and broke her shoulder the Friday before moving day. They let her move in the very next day instead and have been checking on her regularly. The folks there are so welcoming. All meals are provided each day that Mom says are always delicious. They offer van rides to her doctors appointments and help with things she cant do for herself with a broken arm! The owner is AMAZING and responds very quickly to any questions and concerns, and genuinely cares for her residents! They are completely renovating the whole place and my mom LOVES it there. What a blessing this place is. I wish I were ready to retire, I want them to take care of ME!!!
