I'm happy except there is pretty much no sound proofing. The floors are made poorly. Additionally there has been one of the two treadmills out of order for at least a month. It's hard to get on them.

My mom moved into Villa Capri apartments last week and my family and I can't say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff is especially Glyn Wilsch. Glyn is very patient and kind making my Mom's transition to her new place so easy. Glyn is a true asset to your business. Because of Glyn, we trust that my mom is taken care of. Dave in the office always has time to attend to any needs. Dave in maintenance keeps the place tip top. Everyone is very friendly. There are many activities and the premises are well kept. We are so glad to have found this place

The staff here make the move in process easy, they take the time to make sure you understand the lease and the all the process to get settled in. The maintenance supervisor is quick to take care of any issues with the apartments, and does an awesome job taking care of the building and grounds.
