Very friendly group of residents here at Horizon Northridge staff are. Jenn (the executive director) is an exceptional person, always helping residents, anticipating residents needs, very caring in every way. Horizon Northridge staff are always caring and friendly, fixing problems that may arise, adequately,timely and promptly.

I had the most wonderful experience there. The staff was great and the manager, Jenn, went above and beyond with answering all questions I had and gave me a tour. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Northridge, even if only for a visit.

I felt very comfortable,met with some of the residents enjoying outside activities, they were happy and very talkative. The manager Jen was very informative, gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. A place I would consider in my near future.

Came in to tour with my father, the comfort of the environment was caring and family oriented which was reassuring. Met with Jenn for the tour she was knowledgeable and sweet, was introduced to other staff members who were equally as compassionate. We have a few months before we make our move here but I know my dad will be in great hands.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with genuine care. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, respected, and part of a close-knit community. There’s a real sense of joy and connection here”residents are not just cared for, but valued and included in meaningful ways every day. It’s a wonderful place where you can relax, feel safe, and enjoy life surrounded by kind people. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive and uplifting environment.

Wow what a difference since we moved mom in three years ago. This difference is not for the good either. Since new management took over last summer this place has rapidly gone down hill. Services have been slashed. Great employees have been let go. Changes to things that worked well just so new management can say they made changes and flex their muscles. If we were looking for a place for mom to move into today we would definitely not pick this complex. So very sad to see a wonderful community go down so quickly.
