I moved to All Seasons on November 11, 2025 after living in my home in Beverly Hills, MI for 60 years. I have enjoyed living here, love, love my apartment and have enjoyed meeting the residents and staff. There really is no other place as fabulous as Allseasons Birmingham. The environment is outstanding both in cleanliness and opportunity for elderly to thrive. The staff from valet to dining service are extraordinary. My dad enjoyed the library the fireplace and all the entertainment. He had 6 great years of quality living. Unfortunately, he recently passed at age 95. I am 100% certain I made the right decision encouraging him to move to Allseasons.

The 5 star I’ve given is in regard to Heather Solomon, Director of Life Enrichment. The in-house entertainment Heather provides is exceptional. There are many occasions in which I am listening to a performance and think, how much would I have had to pay to hear this performance outside of ASBH? In addition to hearing performances, Heather wants to hear from residents regarding how much they did or did not enjoy the performance. She has respect for residents opinions and takes them seriously. She truly wants to provide what residents enjoy. Outings occur frequently and cover a variety of interests. If a resident were still living in their home, they would never experience the variety of outings Heather provides at ASBH. Research has shown that the more involved and active seniors are, the healthier, happier and productive they remain. Heather Solomon is highly qualified in this respect. She has a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and her knowledge and skills are demonstrated on a daily basis. I have never observed a time in which Heather has not had time to listen and assist any resident ”” no matter how minor their need may be. Her availability and true concern for each and every resident is done with respect. ASBH is a beautiful senior living and touring the building does attract seniors, however, once a senior becomes a resident, it is not the building that makes them happy and wanting to continue living here. Many residents are repeatedly heard saying; if it were not for Heather, I’m not sure I would still choose to live here. Heather is the glue that makes senior living, which can be difficult and challenging, a much happier and enjoyable stage of life.

I moved my elderly but independent mother, a retired physician, to All Seasons Birmingham and I cannot say enough about the facility and team. From the regular programming, to the food, to the concierge level service, delivering meals/packages, exercise room and classes, salon, nursing station, crafts room, sanctuary upstairs, transport services, valet - I could go on, but make an appointment and check it out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

I have the opportunity of visiting the community last Saturday night. Rita gave us a very nice tour of the beautiful facility, she is very professional. I was very impressed she know every resident's name we came across. The Las Vegas night was amazing with so much fun and well organized! Heather and Kim did a great job. I have been a resident here for almost two years. I have to say this is not the typical senior living community you would expect. It is almost perfect but more than normal. My family could not be happier with the experience my mother has had at All Seasons Birmingham. Rita Zhao was the first interaction we had when considering All Seasons. Rita sealed the deal! She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is a pros pro! The move-in was seamless and the building welcoming. It amazes me that the All Seasons staff know all the residents by name and interacts with each and everyone of them. The programing is amazing and Heather is engaged with all residents. She understands what it takes to involve all levels of resident abilities and interests with compassion. Heathers positivity is contagious. She is a Rockstar! Tammy at All Seasons is simply wonderful! She is incredibly sweet and has a special talent for interacting with my mother-in-law. As the hostess, she goes above and beyond by helping with walkers and constantly checking in to ensure everyone is enjoying their dinner. Tammy's personal touch of addressing every resident by their first name truly makes a difference. We are so grateful for her kindness and dedication!

I’ve been helping the Residents here with Notary services for 9 months and the Life Enrichment Director Heather Solomon has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She always makes sure that we have a personal conference space to Notarize Important Confidential Documents and meet with Estate Attorneys. She is very professional and if you haven’t met her yet, you definitely need to!

My 97 year old father just moved into his apartment at All Seasons. It's a beautiful apartment. He has met some wonderful residents here and is having no trouble making new friends. The dining room is beautiful and Dad says the food is really good. He has attended some concerts and looks forward to picking out the next activity from a list of many great things to do. He has even hopped on the treadmill in the exercise room at All Seasons. He is very happy here. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I'm so glad Dad suggested we take a tour of All Seasons to see what they had to offer.

My printer has not worked since I returned from my daughter's about two weeks ago. Normally this would not be a problem, but I have about forty pieces of paper that need printing now. My very limited knowledge of technology was exhausted in about 2 seconds. Super Hero, Alisha, to the rescue. She came into my apartment and went to observe the printer for a few minutes. She sat down at the computer and worked her magic. And then my printer worked. Hurray! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My first floor apartment with the door is my favorite thing about living here. Secondly, the people that work here are great! Vonna, Christina, Hana, Alicia and Ashley are lovely. I’ve been here two years, it was a very difficult move but this place made it all worth it. I enjoy the socials in the Conservatory! Doug is a treasure!

I love the feeling of everyone being so friendly here and calling you by your name. Its amazing to be known. The setting is just beautiful and the influence of Cranbrook and the arts. There is so much they offer in programs and events, keeping you very busy. I enjoy having my friends near by, old and new. The dining is great.

They are very conscientious about everything. Everyone is very nice to me. I enjoy being in the dining room and can't wait to have more guests with me at the dining table again. Zoran is doing a good job and the coffee is a lot better than it used to be. And I love Ashley and all she does.

On the 6th of january Stephany helpd me greatly when I had to call the emergercy squad to take me to the hospital. Her kindness was so wonderful and her care of me wonderful. She is an outstanding employee and we are so lucky to have her. Also Alicia has been outstanding help to me. Sha helped me buy a new t.v., install it, and helped me with my computer. The place is wonderful. First impressions matter so much. I came so so early in the morning. Dawn at the concierge desk was so welcoming , kind, helpful, and like a dose of sunshine before the sun came up! I watched her as she helped residents with so many requests...whether it was explaining how to use a cell phone feature, helping someone get to the fresh coffee, or giving a weather update to a resident she gave each person special attention. A beautiful lobby is easy to create-- a spectacular friend and caring person in that lobby is priceless for residents and visitors!

I must share the outstanding experience I had yesterday at All Seasons of Birmingham. I was there for an educational presentation and luncheon for nurses and social workers. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we met "Jimmy and Jackson" who warmly greeted us as the doors opened by our gracious Marketing Host, Carolyn". It was apparent we were in a very special community. All of our AV equipment was there hooked and ready in the dining room managed by an outstanding catering mgr., Steffoni who graciously oversaw all of our dining service needs, and Jason, our kind and courteous server. Our meal was exquisite and our guests were delighted by the healthy and delicious choices for our lovely buffet lunch. The dining room was beautiful, complete with a fireplace, and surrounded by breathtaking artwork from Cranbrook School. We had an outstanding educational presentation “ how could we not in such a setting? Great experiences can't happen without a plan of perfection- so I must thank Margo for creating the overall plan to produce an incredible educational event and experience for all of us who attended. I was so pleased to be there and look forward to our next visit. Thank you all so much! It was truly unforgettable.
