Recently during high temperatures, the air-conditioning in my apartment (among others, as I understand it) failed to work properly, making it extremely uncomfortable. Management worked tremendously hard and diligently to address and resolve the issue. I have lived here nearly 3 years. Current management is always responsive, helpful, and cheerful. If you are looking for an adult, 55+ building, I highly recommend Residences at University Hills.

When I first became a Resident at U-Hiils the property was Managed by a different company. Compared to the arrival of the Current Manager, Laura Salinas, the Property has experienced a Tremendous Upgrade. Previously we experienced numerous unannounced water outages, the Manager regularly being unavailable and to almost no Maintenance Technicians on site. We have recently experienced technical issues and the issues have been addressed and resolved immediately. We have not experienced unannounced water outages which has been a Great Blessing and Greatly Appreciated. Unit Maintenance issues are addressed Immediately which is Tremendously Appreciated as well. Laura has been the most Proficient, Reliable and Remarkable Property Manager I have ever Had. I am Truly honored to Have her as a Property Manager. Laura has always been proactive with the Tennant's and always meets and goes beyond her expectations. Kudos and Adelaides to a Caring, Proficient and Compassionate Manager that she is. Residences at University Hills is Greatly Honored to have Laura as our Property Manager. Than You Laura for everything that You Do.

Resident Office Support is wonderful. The original Heat Pump failed. They immediately got me a standalone unit and within a week a brand new unit (on rooftop), works great (AC / Heat). Before that, my garbage disposal failed, replaced the next day! The Microwave failed one weekend. Replaced 3 business days later. The main front office was in constant communication about progress and when service would arrive. JUST had another Maintenance in May 2024, again, Very Next Day!

Toured this property for my father in law and Laura was wonderful! She was so professional and attentive to our wants. I can't recommend this property and their staff enough!

This complex has a new in house manager. She is a gem! The building itself needs upgrades. The garage doors are continually broken, leaving resident's car and themselves open to intruders. The air vents need to be cleaned throughout the building. And fob security features do not afford much security. Saying that, this a building with many long term residents who take pride in their building. The friendships are long lasting. Many units are beautiful.

Moved here in July from away Jenny and residents are friendly and very helpful the area is convenient to shopping and most things I need great areas to walk apartment is spacious and bright plenty of storage
