This could be a beautiful place to live, however the owners are negligent regarding keeping the complex maintained. We deserve better. the rent goes up every year yet the property is not maintained. Mice and mold in the basement very unhealthy We have complained to management, but the same answer is always the same It's the OWENERS!!

My mom lives here and loves it. Small community with a gated courtyard. And very affordable rent.
November 2021
Nice neighborhood for the most part but the neighbors are extremely nosy and will lie to make it seems like someone is doing something wrong to make their claim stronger. Landlord is very unnecessarily rude and is okay with the lying.

Everything is good if you live back in the center but I think they ignore the grounds in the front for some reason that makes no sense but I guess most people that are moving in can ignore all the weeds and overgrown brush, oh ye and Ivy not trimmed and aloowed to grow up the walls. It is behind shutters, reaching into doorways, taking away fron the sidewalk. Also if there is an issue you deal with a person that does not care how youfell about that.
