This facility is a disgrace. Staff is overworked, underpayed and unappreciated. The rooms are overcrowded and filthy. Make sure you do your family members laundry, unless you want it smelling like [language removed]. Hallways smell like urine. This place is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a decent accommodation for your loved.

My mother has been living at Maple Manor now for one month and the care which she receives there is simply outstanding! In the last year she has spent time in three Quinte Healthcare locations and two retirement homes. In the five years previous, she had three respite care experiences, two at one retirement home and the third at an excellent long-term care facility. Unfortunately she has had numerous falls and surgeries, which have required a great deal of care and rehab. What impresses me most about Maple Manor is how well they look out for her and how cheerfully they tend to her needs. Kim, their director of nursing, is extremely knowledgeable and very hands-on and ensures that Mom is getting everything she needs. I have become acquainted with a number of other residents there, who are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
