Moved our Mother there from home in Wisc. to be closer. Now 1/2 mile away and everything she needs on single level. Rental costs are rising there though.

My friend and I looked at an apartment at this location before, and now decided to come back here to apply for a different apartment. Jason, who showed us around and did the paperwork with us, is very pleasant and helpful. My friend and I think he's just great.

This is a beautiful establishment! If youre looking for a good place in the coon Rapids area, this is the place to be. They have a a exercise room, they offer haircuts, craft room, a community room and many more options. Overall everyone there seemed to be happy and energetic! Keep up the great work.
