We are so grateful for the loving care and support our mother receives at The Hamptons of Tyler senior living facility. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats the residents like family. Over the past year in memory care, the care is excellent! The staff all call him by a nickname (Doc), are cheerful, and greet him so warmly whenever he returns from an outing (eg. Hey Doc! I missed you!) and then proceed to inquire about his outing. He has improved since moving in and I give a lot of that credit to the Activities Director (Sarah is amazing with such a heart for our seniors) and Assistant Director. Highly recommend!

My mother-in-law moved in to The Hamptons Memory Care Cottage about a month ago and it has been a wonderful experience. We have the peace of mind that she is being taken care of every day as if she is family. She has enjoyed being able to attend church services on Sundays, spend time with her new friends and neighbors, and even help out in the kitchen when they have hands on Activities for the residents to make snacks and desserts, which is something that she has always loved to do. We love getting the Deslie notifications and pictures showing all the fun she is having and how intentional the care staff is with her.

I have so many wonderful things to say about The Hamptons. I stop by there once a week and the facility is always immaculate and beautiful! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I love to visit the residents and hear about their exciting adventures and activities for the day. Their activity director does an excellent job because the residents are always going on fun and meaningful excursions. I hope to join in on some of their daily trips in the future. The residents are well cared for and they love visiting with other people- they seem truly happy to be there. The Hamptons has such a joyful environment- I always look forward to my weekly visit there.

I recently needed to move a family member, and found that the staff at The Hamptons Senior Living made the process very easy.The staff there is very kind,and helpful.They moved him,he was new to the place,they made him feel at home.The facility is impressive,the staff is carrying and very helpful. I was out of town,and working,they moved family member, and got a 3rd party to move his furniture there,They were very respectful and kind. I've never seen someone take so much pride,and kindness to make this process less stressful for me ,and family member.The Hamptons Senior Living Facility gets a 5 stars from my family,and would recommend them to any Senior citizen, or Family looking to put a family member into a Senior living place.I was and am impressed with the facilities staff,the wonderful looking inside,and outside. The staff and residents at the Hamptons of Tyler are very nice! On my last visit they were very friendly, had a chance to meet several current residents while visiting for an open house. This facility both assisted-living and memory care has the best staff ever. From Gina at the front desk, to Sara the activity director and Tiffany the memory care director and all, the other employees, you will not find a better group of people. To top that off the facility itself is very nice! I highly recommend this homes!

There are staff members at The Hamptons Assisted Living that are wonderful. My mom requires occasional help and the caregivers and med techs are so helpful, pleasant & kind, while remaining professional. In particular 2 med techs, Cornessia & Michelle. They are both so patient with Mom while she takes her meds. LaKundra is a care giver who goes out of her way to help Mom. Even when Mom is grumpy, LaKundra is patient & kind. When you can’t be there to help loved ones, knowing there are caring people working at The Hamptons gives me a real peace.

Had to move my aunt out due to elevator being out for a month with no ETA in sight. Management is useless. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY. They don’t care for their residents.

I am a visitor to a family friend who is at The Hamptons, Memroy Care in Tyler, Tx. I visit frequently and have grown to admire and appreciate the thoughtful additions and enhancements to the Cottage. I want to specifically commend Tiffany, Memory Care Activities Director, for the wonderful job she is doing. She is amazing at directing the activities in the COTTAGE. It has been an improvement since she has been there....by far. She is an amazing decorator and fixes the place up so nicely for all holidays and special occasions. There is no one like her. A+++ for Tiffany.

The Hamptons have an outstanding memory care activites program. My mother has enjoyed the live music, the art activities, the bowling and many more activities hosted by Tiffany. Tiffany has incorporated the activities into the Residents' hobbies and passions, which make them feel "at home and connected" as well as her activity program is mentally and physically stimulating and engaging. My hat is off to The Hamptons Memory Care activity program. My mother has enjoyed it and felt connected during her participation.

A top tier senior living community, when I walked in both Memory Care & AL all residents were engaged in exercising classes, something you do not see every where. Along side of the new nurse they have who is very very involved with the residents. This is somewhere I would with out a doubt place my loved ones.

My dad and mom are both here. One in Assisted Living, one in Memory Care. I think it is one of the best places in Tyler. The facilities are very nice inside and outside. Assisted Living care is good, Memory Care is good but could be improved. Have had some challenges in that area. Most have been resolved, however it seems to be a continuing rollercoaster atmosphere. But overall, I would recommend Hamptons of Tyler.

Actually a little cheaper as no longer have to pay weekly maid, weekly lawn service, garden worker,gasoline,repair man for utilities,repair slow or stopped drains,service on appliciances all of which added up to more than I pay here.Once had leak in roof which was promptly repaired.

I needed to find an independent living facility for my mom after my dad passed away in January. I wanted her to be in a caring, active, and fun environment. The Hamptons in Tyler is the perfect place for her. They have excellent food, lots of activities, and a friendly and caring staff. Mom has only been there a month and the change in her is amazing. She's getting involved in the activities, making new friends, and most of all she is happy and safe. Everyone that I've talked that lives at The Hamptons absolutely love living there. I highly recommend The Hamptons in Tyler.

So grateful for the incredible care and attention the staff showed to my 99 year old mother-in-law! Especially once we understood their roles. Sara and Sherri went above and beyond their responsibilities and duties to take care of her in her last few days and hours! The compassion they and all the staff showed was beyond all expectations!

I have to give a shout out to the management and staff at the Hamptons who worked tirelessly throughout this recent storm to keep our seniors safe and warm. It is absolutely a testimony to the character of care that they receive: meals were prepared by flashlight; meds still delivered, staff picked up at home by the director himself ...what could have been a disaster was not one. I heard the best of the best were there on duty despite the conditions and many away from their own families. I got phone calls and text messages from Shari, Stephanie, and Sarah, and other staff reassuring me when cell phones and power were not working....and they continued to keep me updated as repairs take place. Thank you, Tariq and Christian. I had hoped to mention everyone by name, but there are too many to mention! ( and I don't want to leave anyone out!) Side note to Sarah for helping my mom's birthday be as good as it could be, despite Covid quarantines! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may God bless you and your service to these seniors and their families.

I have always found that The Hamptons to be an exceptional retirement facility. My mother has lived at this property for over (10) years. She initially lived in "Independent Living" and now lives in the "Memory Care" facility. She has always received exceptional care and attention. The facility is always clean, well ordered, and they are always making improvements. During the recent ice storm of 2/15 - 2/20, 2021, their staff went beyond the extra mile to insure that the residents were well cared for. This during power outages, water outages, and numerous other difficulties. They provided me with daily updates on my mother and did everything humanly possible to insure the safety and well being of my mother. Although every staff member performed exceptionally during this crisis I wanted to single out Executive Director Cody Campbell who worked (72) hours non-stop without sleep doing everything possible to keep things running. And also Stefanie Gaitan who never failed to keep me informed and answered my nervous calls and texts promptly. I am so grateful to the absolutely wonderful facility for not only what they did in this crisis but what they always do every day. They are quite simply exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one who needs exceptional care.

The Hamptons, Tyler has done a fantastic job taking care of my elderly mother. They are attentive to her needs, friendly, and caring. They make her feel welcome and at home. My mother enjoys the activities that are available - especially playing bingo, the walking club, and the Bible Study group. The staff has kept us informed during COVID, and has done a very good job of keeping my mother safe during the pandemic.

When looking for an Independent Living Senior Community for my Mom in Tyler, Texas, I was interested in finding a place she could still be carefully active due to Covid 19. The community is following local, state, and federal guidelines. The apartment complex and surrounding grounds are welcoming, well maintained and have immaculately manicured grounds. Community areas are beautifully appointed and comfortable. There are a variety of apartment floorplans to choose from with varying square footage and rent. All have a spacious feeling with lots of natural light from multiple windows and even a balcony or patio. Rooms feel large not cramped. The closet space is amazing! Lots of kitchen cabinets, full size refrigerators, ovens and microwaves. Everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like. There are also washer/dryer hook ups as well. The amenities are amazing. Pet friendly, Beauty shop, Library, Swimming Pool, 24 Hour Fitness Center, Pharmacy, General Store and Transportation if you want. However, the absolute best thing about The Hamptons is the phenomenal staff. Everyone seems to know your name and genuinely care about you. Mandy Acker is awesome! She put us at ease at our initial meeting and really took the time to listen to my Mom's needs and concerns. She has a way of making you feel like family immediately. In fact, everyone we have encountered seem to genuinely care about ensuring the residents are happy. My Mom is just thrilled to be living in a safe, gated community with an excellent, caring staff. I am so happy we found Independent Living at The Hamptons and have a feeling she's going to enjoy her new home for many years to come. We highly recommend Independent Living at The Hamptons in Tyler, Texas!
