Today april 4 2026 been here 6 yr and gets worse every day not 55 and older young kids disrespectful that moved in play really really loud music from early afternoon all night till 10 am so loud you have to turn TV up to 60 Loud to hear your TV and turn them in never anything gets done this has gone on for months and it goes on 7 days a week the water here is not drinkable it turns whites Brown it eats metal fault ruins sinks and hair skin the place is dirty my blinds are cheap 6 of missing broken won't replace my oven broken won't fix our carpet old Dirty bathroom counter us terrible floors in kitchen and bathroom cracking it was so dirty when moved in I haven't gotten clean yet I'm calling health board Monday about all having water testing and reporting attorney false advertising and how treat older people and rent goes up every year SAD moving out soon as can wouldn't move pig in

Worst place ever. Heaters in hallways are broken corporate will not fix. Basically not much will be repaired. Manager is hardly here and is very rude.

When we moved in apt was so bad Dirty Trashy yellow dripping walls filthy carpet if health people saw they would not allowed people to live in it they did up grade some I cleaned some but No more we have screen door so bad haven't been able to get fresh air for 2 years now if opened bees bugs come in its got Big gaps in allergic to bees so I wouldn't Ever recommend anyone to live here Ever

This is supposed to be a senior living community, but they seem to rent to a lot of people who are not seniors. They company that owns this property isn't willing to put the necessary money into the property. Seems like they want to fix everything as cheap as possible.
