My dad and his wife lived at Watercrest for 2.5 years, and we cannot say enough good things about their experience. The facility was always clean and provided everything they needed. The staff knew them by name and quickly became like family. During our visits from out of town, the staff would offer us a place to stay if available. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure the best experience for everyone. I would highly recommend Watercrest to anyone. Look no further, this is home!

My sister and I are interested in finding an independent living facility and boy were we surprised at the stupendous welcoming service we received from Kim. She was so helpful in answering all our questions. We got to visit the facility and it's definitely a place we would like to live. So clean, organize and beautiful. So this place has all the elements needed for a healthy living community, not only the facility itself but also the friendly, courteous staff they have.

Fantastic community!! Residents are welcoming, staff is friendly and food is wonderful! Very full activity calendar and offers a wide range of things to do. Beautiful and clean building and apartments are spacious and offer tons of storage. Highly recommend.

Watercrest has been my home just over a year, and I am very happy here! The staff is wonderful and do everything they can to make Watercrest a delightful place to live. I've made many good friends among the residents. My 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for me, and I've had a fun time decorating it. Watercrest is truly my home.

The appliance's are very old and barely work. House keeping is a joke (which you pay for). With covid, they would tell you there was someone with it, but would not disclose which building, therefore, keeping you in your apartment for days on end without any human contact. Their care and concern for the residents are low.

I have been a resident at Watercrest going on 12 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. The executive staff are caring, professional, and very loving. The amenities here are excellent; such as the dining room, swimming pool, theater, beauty salon, fitness classes, and community grounds. You won’t regret calling Watercrest home!

What a tremendous blessing the Watercrest Community has been to my elderly parents who have been residents for four years. The beauty of this community is only surpassed by the excellence of the staff. A heart-felt thank you goes out to Shelly Greer, who's kind and caring heart and passion for what she does, obviously influences how her team provides support for my precious parents. I see a lift in their spirits when Shelly, Patsy, Angie, Lois and others on the team are serving them. The maintenance team is top notch. When there is an issue, it's addressed almost immediately. I treasure knowing that my parents are surrounded, supported and loved by so many wonderful people!

No one gets super excited about going to any assisted living. However, when I visited this place with my wifes folks,I was blown away. It isnt about the money its about the ways these people can make your life better. Worth the wait, worth the money.

My mother just moved to an apartment here, and I love this place so much I wish I could move in too! Moms apartment is well laid out, well maintained and has a sturdy, homey feel to it. The public spaces are welcoming and up-scale, the staff is truly kind and interested in getting to know the residents, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well kept. It is such a great place for seniors. I highly recommend checking out Watercrest if you are looking at retirement living options.

My mother-in-law has lived at Watercrest at Bryan for 6 years, and absolutely loves it! The staff are so kind and helpful, and she has made so many friends over the years. Watercrest offers so many activities and social events. In fact, she just got back from a casino trip with the community. Her apartment is extremely spacious with beautiful finishes. I would highly recommend Watercrest to any person considering retirement living.
