My tour exceeded all expectations: Parking was close to the Main entrance. The receptionist was expecting me and showed me to a pleasant meeting room and offered me a beverage of my choice, in this case, it was a cold bottle of water. My Tour Guide joined me presently, a young attractive gentleman with a genuine smile of welcome. For the next two hours he gave me his undivided attention, by sharing information and listening to my questions about life at the Legacy. Then we strolled about the Town Center where resident apartments are locaated and the many services to meet every need. The dining room was like an inviting reataurant, quiet, with tables for four and a menu for the day of breakfast, lunch and dinner. A quick scan was satisfyig as to variety and quantity. Other rooms held a library, a heated pool, exercise and physical therapy equipment, hair and nail salon, and various sized meeting rooms connected by corridors of carpeted floors, and beautiful decor throughout including art work, plants, flowers, comfy chairs and restrooms that are clean. The temperature was comfortable with clean smelling air. The one bedroom apartments I am interested in were easily accessible by elevator tothe 2nd and 3rd floors. Each had windows with blinds, carpeting and tile flooring, grab bars and safety pulls in the bathroom. The kitchens were compact with refrigerator, electric range, sink and cupboards. Light switches were easy to access and closet space was adequate. The bathroom had a ceiling heat lamp and the apartment has a thermostat for heat and air conditioning. The packet of material had many other apartments listed, studio, two bedroom and also villas which I was not interested in. As we toured I observed people throughout the building, all well cared for, engaged in many ways: playing games, sunning on the veranda, and gathering for dinner, as I was about to leave. The information packet had detailed schedules of the many activities available each month. The cost for residence here seems reasonable when compared with the cost for me to reside in my current apartment, no longer an option for me due to my inability to climb stairs. People at the Legacy traveled about on foot, with canes, walkers,rollators, and scooters. The security factor is assured. It is my hope and prayer to soon be a resident at the Clover Blossom Legacy myself. My Tour Guide walked me to the door and we agreed that the Legacy seemed right for me and I will return to completed the admission process.

I did not get to meet as many as I would have liked but I got the feeling that this is a very comfortable community to live in and I am happy here. Posting on behalf of my mother-in-law: If you are rattling around in your old family house, come and visit the Legacy at Clover Blossom. I wish I had started the process earlier. I have been at my Villa for five months and now feel it is my home. I chose my paint colors, brought most of my furniture, and brought my dog Theo. The place is very pet-friendly. I have my own kitchen, but there are many apartment options in the main building, including a meal plan. It is a great place to bring friends for lunch. My grandchildren love coming here, particularly the heated swimming pool if it is not being used by residents. Recently, the Legacy put on a great housewarming party so my old neighbors could see me in my new home. The food, particularly the meatballs, was great. The drinks included orange and cranberry mimosas. The landscaping is beautiful; in spring there are many flowering trees and daffodils. Close to 590 and East Avenue, it is easy for friends and family to visit. Staff are very welcoming, especially Michaela and Quest in the Sales office. I recommend you take a tour.

Thank you for the opportunity to visit Blossom last week. I wanted to share my thoughts following the tour. The visit gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming, which immediately made the environment feel comfortable and positive. The home itself is beautiful and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the variety of programs and activities that Blossom offers. Having so many options available, particularly the craft room, would certainly help keep residents engaged and active. My sister in law Carole has been at the Legacy for almost ten months now, and we both continue to be thrilled with the decision to come here! Staff and residents are phenomenal: helpful, friendly, encouraging and welcoming. In the entire ten months, Carole has had nothing but praise for the accommodations and staff. Way to go, Legacy! Heartfelt thanks for all you have done for her. Update - 11/2025: I can't believe it's been almost 2 1/2 years now! We are still thoroughly delighted with the staff and overall experience the Legacy has brought to Carole's life. As Carole often says - "What's not to like?" She looks forward to painting classes every Thursday, frequent visits to the library, the socialization during meals, walks with neighbors. I'm forever amazed at how involved the staff is: I see Macaela, Lexi, TJ, Dawn and so many more in the halls helping residents almost every time I am there: they all cultivate an environment of "family". We're thankful for them all.

To see her included, supported, and celebrated in that way brought tears to our eyes. The facility reminded me of a cruise ship with all the requisite features from exceptional dining to a variety of activities. The indoor pool is sheer perfection from relaxation to aqua-fitness. I live out of state but am evaluating (for myself) a move to a Rochester enriched senior living facility. The Legacy at Clover Blossom encouraged me to stay for a few days for a reasonable fee so I could experience for myself what it would be like to live there. I had a wonderful experience - the facility is spacious and beautiful, with many common areas where residents can gather for activities or personal conversations. There is a wealth of planned activities which are well attended by residents. Staff was experienced and very helpful and supportive. The food was great. Residents were unusually friendly and welcoming and reported that they loved living there. I - and my pet dog - felt very at home there and look forward to applying to live there permanently.

The Legacy at Clover Blossom has a dedicated and caring staff to assist residents with their questions. Maintenance issues are handled in an efficient and effective and timely manner. There are lots of activities to keep the residents busy. From the indoor pool, which is great!!, to the Fitness Center, to Arts and Crafts, movies in the Media Room, a nice Living Room which also hosts various activities. The Legacy is also, a voting center, Which is very convenient for me residents. This is located in the Living Room and there is a public entrance so that the General Public does not get to go through the Legacy to vote. They have Resident Ambassadors to assist new residents when they first arrive. They assist the new resident with any questions they may have, as well as, showing them around the facility. They offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as villas for residents that would still like to maintain a home. I have been a resident for almost three years and have enjoyed it immensely.

My. mother just moved from her house of 45 years to a villa at Legacy at Clover Blossom and I couldn't be more grateful to the Legacy for her experience. Michaela, Tessa and Lexi have been SO helpful and have answered all of our questions with kindness, patience and respect. The notebook we received upon moving in was comprehensive and easy to follow. The villa was pristine on move-in day and the thoughtful touches like toilet paper, tissues, sponges and dish soap were really appreciated. One of the best parts of the day was the pizza that they had arranged to be delivered for dinner by the head of dining, Rod. We were also able to call the front desk to arrange for a tech support appt with someone who could come and set up her internet and cable. I don't live in Rochester and it's always hard to leave my mom when I have to go back home to MA, but I feel 100% confident that she is in great hands at the Legacy!

A relative of mine lives here. The facility is okay overall and the staff is friendly enough, although employees seem to leave very quickly. The food is terrible and keeps getting worse; my relative won't eat it any more it's so poor. Upkeep could be a bit better, but not bad. Like most senior places, they are running it on the cheapest shoestring budget they can get away with though the rents continue to skyrocket.

Two years ago, my mother moved from her home of 48 years to the Legacy at Clover Blossom to be closer to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. It was a courageous move and difficult in some aspects, but we are grateful she lives close by to support her and enjoy regular Sunday dinners together. The Legacy is a lovely and warm senior community with much to offer every day. The amenities are updated, clean, and stylish. Her apartment was completely updated with new paint, flooring, and carpet before she moved in. My mother enjoys social events and lectures on a multitude of interesting topics and feels right at home. For example, in February during the week of Valentine's Day, my Mother was able to partake in several fun events. To quote her, "We certainly are pampered here." Thank you to the directors, staff, and employees of Legacy who do the very best every day for the residents, not only to live but to THRIVE!

My family had a large Thanksgiving celebration here with friends, and the staff was great. Dining Services in particular made sure we had everything we needed and made everything go smoothly and enjoyably. We couldn't have done it without all of Rod's help. My mother has been living here for a couple years and really likes it, though it is a bit pricey and the out-of-state owners (Watermark) seem to have no problem raising the rents faster than inflation (>8% price increase 2 years in a row).

You never know what kind of excellence and expertise will be quietly in the room at Clover Blossom. When I lectured on Charles Schulz one of the residents had known him personally when he was creating the original Peanuts comic strip in Minnesota--and he did not mention the connection until the entire presentation opened for questions. He is one of many people there very much worth your time to get to know. And the people who keep Clover Blossom running care about making this location a source of pleasure.

I love the time I spend here! As a yoga therapist I can honestly say I am in a lot of senior living and assisted living communities and can say that the Legacy at Clover Blossom is excellent. From the moment you walk in the door it feels comfortable, clean and modern. The residents provide regular feedback and it's great to see their friendships grow as they participate in classes regularly.

We recently had the privilege of co-hosting a Seller Seminar at The Legacy At Clover Blossom, and the experience exceeded all expectations. I moved to Watermark Legacy Clover Blossom over the Fourth of July weekend this year. I had been looking at residential communities in general in the Rochester area, but was discouraged at how many were glorified nursing homes and how few were truly places where you could be as active as you pleased. I happened to find the Legacy communities and was amazed at all the activities - AND they had a pool! I was sold. I sent off an email asking about everything, and immediately received an enthusiastic reply. I was even more interested! I walk with a rollator, and would soon discover that nearly everyone here does... and everyone is happy, and friendly, and just like a bunch of classmates getting together for meals together. (Did I mention that the food is fantastic? That the first time in my life my GI tract is regular and healthy?) I love it here. Everyone I've met seems to love it, too.

Excellent place for retired seniors. The staff all very polite, professional and they greet the residents with a very plesent smile. The meals always well organizied, and you get to choice your diner the day before from a menu. The servers, kitchen staff and chef are excellent, very well trained. I have a small kitchenette in my apt, so I make my own coffee, breakfast, pizza, and other things. They do have some activities, knitting, drama. wi bowling, bingo, heamen's club, Live music on occassion and there other events as well. Trips to a Wegmans, local restruant, and casino. The facility, is clean, they keep it repaired, and very spacious. My apartment may be small, but to me, it is just right. There are other apt, larger, some with 2 bedrooms, some with a fire place or patio. I get cable TV with a lot of stations. Heated and air conditioned, so I am comfortable year around. The place is quite, secure, and no smoking. They encourage friend, relative to visit, Some residents have a pet dog or cat. the staff is well trained, a cleaning crew comes in once a week, and my granddaughter loves the indoor swimming pool! There is an exercise program for seniors,and other programs/trips/outings designed for seniors. I feel very safe here, there is a cafe with coffee available 24 hrs, a hair salon, and library also on the 1st floor. There is more to the senior living and the senior community: yes-senior community. I have learned a lot here and yes, I had to adjust, just like adjusting anytime you move from community to a new community. This staff has been very understanding, organized and professional.
