I have resided at QVE for 3 years. It’s the best independent living community I’ve ever seen. The office staff are knowledgeable and take care of the residents. They are experienced and do a great job. All of the other staff including the wait staff and the housekeepers are pleasant and do a great job. Everyone is happy. It’s a great place and would recommend to anyone. Lots of activities and things to do.

My dad moved in here in April. Fantastic! Meals are very good and varied. Lots of activities, as well as shuttle service! Church service is on his floor, which is important to him. Laundry is close and cleaning staff are wonderful!

Great place to live. Staff friendly and accommodating. Good location all amenities in easy walking or driving distances. All entertainment and games enjoyed by many residents. Food is good, chefs try to provide interesting varieties of food items. I do miss not having a variety of salad greens in the daily garden salad. Using plain lettuce has no food value.

When my son and I came to Queen Victoria Estates to "check it out," I knew it was the place for me; it felt like home. When I moved in, the staff were very welcoming. The servers at the meal table are knowledgeable and helpful about the menu when I have a question. They are friendly and pleasant. The menu has a good variety of meals each week, and it's nice that there are choices. The staff who clean my suite and change my bed are friendly and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints. I am content here and highly recommend it.

Celebrated my Mom’s 92 birthday at QV - we were provided with a private room which the staff set up beautifully with coffee, tea, water, plates and cutlery. It was a great place to visit and eat cake, thanks to the wonderful staff at QV.

It is like an all inclusive resort! We recently moved my uncle into Queen Victoria Estates. After touring numerous homes in the Regina area, we feel that it is the perfect community for him! The atmosphere is warm and fun and welcoming. My uncle feels safe and included with lots of opportunities to socialize and take part in various activities.The food is so amazing, that was a huge factor in our decision as well as the emergency alert devices. His suite is so quiet and well laid out and he loves the ability to adjust the temperature in his living area and that basic cable tv is also included. He only pays for his phone. Weekly housekeeping is an added bonus which makes his life much easier. The added touches of a chapel, salon and other services that come into the building, alleviates the need to attend a number of outside appointments is also wonderful! The entire staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment is so positive which starts with management and carries all the way to every staff member. A real commitment to quality and dignified living!

Extremely friendly and neighbourly environment which is a major bonus when moving out of the comforts of home. Shuttle bus staff also very helpful and caring all weekdays which is another bonus. Mom would say the food is ok but still, the place is kept very clean and all staff make it a happy place to be. Quite a few activities such as exercises and painting help to pass the time.
