The facility needs color and uplifting stimulating design. It tends to be bland and lacks color and bright cheerfulness. The carpets are stained and dull. If people are depressed, the environment plays a huge role in their mental health. Even though the activities are well thought out, decorated, and executed, the building environment still needs a major face lift. Lighting needs updated. Outside of these things, they have some beautiful employees, people who care, and are very hard working. Kelly is amazing in Assisted Living. They need two of her! One for day shift, one for afternoon shift. She is a blessing.

Canton Christian Home was an excellent decision for our family for my brother in law! Every person that cared for Garry was excellent! Our family is so blessed to have found CCH. Jillian, the director of nursing is amazing! I highly recommend calling CCH if you are looking for a place to call home for you or your loved one!

I want to thank Canton, Christian nursing home. For how they took care of my momn Why she was in there?n It was one of the best nursing home. She was ever inn And thankins for the flowers. Our mother has been in Canton Christian Home going on 2 years and I really wanted to give time to evaluate before I put out this review. Everyone especially when it’s a close to a love one are so attentive to our love one. I really feel good leaving knowing my mom is in very good hands. Battling the things she’s dealing with and for nursing staff working generally care. I’m so very pleased in these 2 years she has been there. Thank God. It’s truly been hard decision placing her there but I know she’s good and very well looked after. Thanx

I assumed Canton Christian Home would be just like all the other nursing homes.However, as I walked the halls I could see that the staff were friendly and the residents seemed content. Everyone all the way up to the DON were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions.

The assisted living is amazing. The family like bond the residents have with the nurses and staff is something I have not seen in many facilities. Kelly S. Over that department has so much love and compassion for everyone. I can only pray to be cared for like this when my time comes.

I cannot say enough about this facility and especially their director of nursing, Jillian. Choosing a nursing home for my grandma with serious health issues was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. But from the very beginning, Canton Christian Home has exceeded every expectation. Jillian has gone above and beyond, and I feel fortunate to have her caring for grandma. I’m also thankful she tolerates me because, let’s be honest, this is tough stuff. Feelings can overtake the facts, but Jillian is patient with me and explains things in depth. From late night returned calls while she is at home to using her time to coordinate care from Florida (where grandma lived) to Ohio, she’s top-notch! The entire staff reflects that same level of care, all the way to the food service folks! My grandma is not just a patient here, but she is treated like family. Her health needs are handled with skill, patience, and honesty. I’ve seen firsthand how much time and attention go into her care, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such capable hands.

Canton Christian Home has the most caring staff. The care makes each person feel like it is there home. Independent residents are engaged in games and lectures and trips and always have events or enjoy time hanging out in the cafe for a great meal. Many residents even volunteer to help out others, Assisted Living and Long Term residents are kept busy with Fun Activities or Great Rehab. The nursing staff make sure each resident Feels Important and valued. There is great effort made to make all resident wishes granted. The atmosphere here is like a big happy family where staff and residents care for and help each other!!!! It is a great place to have a loved one stay.

Well run and clean. My father has been a resident for 7 years and has always been more than satisfied with the level of care. I couldn't imagine him in a different setting. They have been 1st class with him treating him with friendship and dignity.

Mom has been at CCH for 22 months and has been treated warmly by everyone connected to the home. It’s assuring knowing that everything done for Mom is 100% in her best interest. CCH is great communicating with my sister and me which is critical since we’re 2 and 3 1/2 hours from Canton. And the staff is very patient and pleasant with Mom and with the other residents.

My mother has been in all three stages of the home. Independent living, nursing, and assisted living. We have been pleased overall with the care at every phase. What problems did occur were addressed quickly and professionally. They have gone over and above to ensure she is happy and getting the care she requires. My kids are already talking to me about someday moving in...definitely an option.

Canton Christian is a facilty and a ministry. They care about all aspects of the resident. Physical emotional and spiritual. Residents come here to LIVE their lives abundantly. There are 3 levels of care. Independent, Assisted Living and Nursing. There is something for everyone

My mother is a resident. She speaks so often of how she wishes that she had made the decision sooner to relocate here. She is surrounded by caring staff who truly care about her well-being. Mom lived in her residence alone. The responsibilities of Home maintenance, safety and loneliness left her with a feeling of frustration. Once Mom relocated to CCH, she renewed friendships, felt safe and no longer worried about the anxiety of maintaining her house. Having her small dog accompany her to CCH was essential. This has worked out so well. Such a blessing. The medical services available are top notch. Mom sleeps better, after moving to CCH, and so do I.

Everyone seems so happy. Management is pro active and very efficient. The setting is beautiful and the food is amazing. Residents linger after meals in the lower food area to visit or play cards. Great place!
