no stars!! property manager will allow the maint, man to scream and cuss. they both are verbally , mentally , emotionaly, and physically agressive with the tenants, if you stand up for yourself, manager, [name removed] invents reasons to give you a lease violation. retaliation and discrimination are against HUD regulations. after the maimt, man cussed me, management informed me that it is HIS buliding, and he can come at the tenants anyway he wants, he even sits at her desk. we are no longer allowed to use the aminities that come with our rent. the web site is a lie. she warned me not to file a complaint with HUD. i did, i had 3 lease violations under my door by 9 am. the builing has "L" carts to use when moving in and out. not allowed without personal permission from maint. he say no and locks everything in the garage. you can not make a home when the threat of eviction is written on every bulliten board, no comes out of their "tempary" apartment" for fear of manager and her team.

It's a place to live. Management has changed 3 times since I moved in. Amenities they advertise is not here. There is a Dollar General with in walking distance. Transportation you are on your own. No beautician for 3 years. Mgr is rude and uncaring. They will not do wellness checks, even if you fall in front of the Mgr. So if it's a last resort. It's roof over your head. She has put out a letter that elderly and disabled people can not where robes and slippers in the common areas. So if you dont feel good, your not going to be able to get your own mail.

the manager would not get help for a man lying in the snow, in the parking lot, today,! [name removed] would not come out of her office until police and ambulance came, which i called. she put a note on her door " closed " she has hired a worker, [name removed], he has her full permission to cuss the tenants

the staff screams and cusses the tenants, most tanants are elderly/ disabled, we can not defend ourselves. please help corporate office is not taking this serious. manager treats us like we are no better than the roaches, mean and nasty to the tenants

Manager picks personally who she rents to, her boyfriend lives here. So if you are attracted to anyway. She will put your application aside, allows tenants who used drugs can drink outside and in hallways ( boyfriend and his friends) the more you complain about it, the worst it gets in the worst she treats you. And whenever her boss calls her to check on it she says it's just tenant gossip

Im posting this as I see problems with this place and it is not safe. I was a visitor In this apartment place and a fill in worker, it has a bad smell case of marijuana use in evening and also people being intoxicated out in building, this not a place i'd ever want to live in or put family member in. It is not a good place

I dunt know who is giving thesee five star reviews but it cant be people with carrent family theyre I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone during doing homecare ans visiting ive seen ans overheard how currunt manager acts to ans treats residents have noticed ans from talk of residents overhurd carrent manager is rude mean actin threatening ans dizrecspectful to residents from what saw It almost abusive treatement from current manager noticed this is not place i wunt to live at.
