I am happy to say I'm very pleased with the current management! The communication is great since I receive emails and notes on my door when information needs to be relayed. Maintenance issues are addressed in a very timely way and premises are kept clean, especially the hall carpets. I'm glad residence with dogs are reminded of the apartment rules often. Unfortunately if not there are people who forget or take advantage. Thank you for the tenant meetings. Even though I don't attend I appreciate the email updates. J Fowler

I have lived at The Hills At Leander for over a year now. We have new management and they are working hard to improve our quality of life.

Cannot rate as no stars. Moved after rent went high without those listed amenities. Activities were a joke, if any. Pool is dirty and unsanitary during summer. They can’t keep employees. Change of management didn’t help. Dirty hallways & elevators. Elevators out of inspection and dirty if working. Warning: ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM PREVIOUS STAFF OR PAST RESIDENTS WHO CHANGED THEIR MINDS AND LEFT. Their talk is cheap.

I am overly impressed with the front office ladies, they were nice helped my mom get into a very spacious home. Their patience is unparalleled. This property is under new management and I can tell night and day from 6month to a year ago when a friend of mine brought her parents, they actually care about you as a person here: The community is overall clean, well maintained, I love the foyer. Has an elevator or stairs whichever you prefer. Valet trash so my mom doesn't have to take the trash to the dumpster. The pool is absolutely breath taking! It's a resort style like ENORMOUS pool. I feel so comfortable with my mom living here. Their prices are amazing and their specials right now are unmatched.

I brought my mom here to check out the property. She's turning 62 next year and we've seen this location a couple of times. I got to tour the apartments with Chevy. He was great! Attentive and very professional! We also happened to see a Zumba gathering that looked super fun! We're still looking but I was impressed with the service we received. It's sad to see all the bad reviews? The units we saw were immaculate and beautiful! Who knows, either way we have a year and will definitely be back!

Management and employee turnover constantly, so the buck is passed as “ I am here so things will change” geared this at least 7 times. Common areas inside and out are filthy. Says no smoking but only during manager business hours. Dogs not on leash all the time. I know why they have over 25 empty units. Appliances including a/c are breaking down more often and it is only 3.5 years old. Oh, no heat or a/c in hallways. The reason I stay location, LEANDER and the individual apartment itself looks great.

My girlfriend moved in about 6 months ago and absolutely loves it. My friend is shy. But they plan so many different types of activities she eventually has participated in some events. She is starting to sprout. Thank you

Today is 9/22/22. I have tried at least 6 to 7 times to reach you to let you know that my son came by twice and the office at the Hills of Leander was locked. I visited the senior residence facility and toured it. I live in Austin. My son, who lives in Leander and represents me has come by your office twice to deliver the check and information you requested; the office was locked. He will come again today between 3:00 and 4:00. Trying to reach you by phone is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I’ve enjoyed living here since 3/2020. If you have assets over $5,000 you can live here- you just have to declare them. Market rates very reasonable considering what you get. I feel like I’m living at a resort. The maintenance crew keeps the pool clean despite the reviews to the contrary, in fact there is a collection right now to thank him for his hard work. The complaints some are posting are rumors, not what they personally have experienced. True, my apt is taken care of, I don’t have to use the elevators because I’m first floor right off the pool. A lot of the people early on got teaser rates and now when it goes to a normal rate they are not able to afford it. When they looked around they can’t find anything this nice at a cheaper rate unless they go farther out into the countryside where they won’t be around a grocery store much less amenities. The person stealing packages was evicted thanks to Shelia who was trashed by others here. I’ve never had any issues with her. She has always acted professionally. Our staff is great. Could be better of course with more staff but it’s not staff fault the owners are stingy and won’t support them. That’s why our last manager quit. The many varied activities here are a testament to the great number of nice people living here. We have made it better, management does try to lead some activities but we do just fine without their help. I’d prefer they offer items like an ice sculpture for our

This is a revision of my first review...and, things have changed!!! This place now seems to be much more professionally operated! Our leasing agent, Xsjhza ( hope I spelled this right!) was totally amazing! She explained the whole process of renting there, showed me 2 different floor plans, toured all the amenities. She was sweet and friendly and took her time! The community is beautiful and clean! The maintenance guys are plentiful and very nice! The pool area is huge and very lovely. We will definitely be renting an apartment at the Hills at Leander when the time comes for us to move!

We are in the process of renting an apartment for my mom. We are very impressed with the staff. Kitzie has worked with us the entire time to get the best possible apartment for my mom's needs. She has patiently explained all of our options and got us in the best possible situation. Nice apartments and reasonably priced. Many nice amenities.
