My move in process was very easy and the management communicated with me every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered I was able to move into my brand new clean apartment as soon as I moved out to Kentucky. The management and maintenance even gave me great recommendations on food places to try with me being brand new to the state. Maintenance always comes the same day or next day when I put in a maintenance request. The maintenance is very nice and makes sure that they do theirs job very accurately. I absolutely love my apartment and have not had any problems living here or even with my move in process. Thank you guys

Been here 2 years, Love the apartments kids and pet friendly Love the manager she loves and cares for each of her tenants always there even after hours with anything that is needed. Maintenance responds quickly to any problem I would highly recommend moving here .

elevator needs mopping. trash bins always full out front. loved this place at one time but getting very dirty and nasty. not the same at all.

Converters stolen several times. Gate never worked. Loud cars dragging up and down the street. Apartments were nice sized but flooring thin wood floors and loud neighbors.

I love it , it very quiet and peaceful, the management and maintenance they work with you. I have no complain the people that live here. I’m very friendly and helpful. This is more like a family.

None of this is true These apartments are not secure The gates don't work and there's been a shooting a kidnapping/carjacking and the cars are vandalized in the parking lot They won't tell you these things before you move in

Its a good place for Senior living. Pricey but there is lot of good going on. We have cook outs, u can meet and greet on wednesdays, and the people r very friendly. Management listen to ur complaints and do what she can to do something about ur cimplaint. We have a fitness room u can use any time.

I lived in the apartment complex for six months. There were a lot of positives about living there. I enjoyed the Fitness Center - there was a variety of equipment to chose from. I also enjoyed the lounge area where you have access to the computer. The only negatives were noisy grand kids and folks driving up and down the street with loud stereos. Yuni the manager was very helpful and supportive. She took the time to explain the details of the lease. She was very professional and helpful in so many ways.
