Last year bed bugs and this roaches and occasionally bats. Black mold on 3rd floor. Office lady is ignorant and nasty. She only likes the snitches and her minions. They are getting rid of long term residents. They keep the office door shut and someone passes away. A friend of his was asked to check up on him. The door was closed all day. Maybe the guy would still be alive if only she answered the door at any point in the day. Her boss is even more ignorant.

I wish I could put a negative number. This place is a joke. The office just takes your money and does not help anyone. Black mold all over the 3rd floor. Apartments leak water. If you love your parents stay away. They only want rent payments go to new properties. It’s been on channel 7. One apartment will turn into a lake soon. Chains lock the front entrance so there may a death if there is a fire. A felon worked here and still lives here. Please stay away. The place is dirty. The old office worker was better than this one.

This place sucks. Black mold all over the third floor. They had a felon working and living there. He even looked in residents windows. Old man there thinks he a cop and has a fake badge. This man is a trouble maker. Front doors are chained up. If there is a fire there, people will die. Elevators don’t work and need to be repaired before someone dies in it. They take your money and don’t care how disgusting the place looks. Don’t send your parents there. Everyone just waits to they die. This is just lately. The last maintenance man used to threaten tenants and break in to apartments to steal. There is a “hall monitor” that has a camera facing the hallway outside to harass some tenants. She runs to the office to be a snitch.

This looks like a fun place to live. it's a 55-up community, and is NOT a nursing home. this was originally the old City of Tonawanda Senior High School on what turns into Military Road heading into Buffalo. Directly across the street is the city of Tonawanda Public Library! On another corner is a pizzeria. what more could an over-55girl want? Plenty! Each classroom has been remodeled into an apartment. The integrity of the classrooms have been preserved whenever possible. For example, in the unit I viewed, some built in bookshelves and portions of the chalkboard were preserved. The unit opened directly into a full, spacious kitchen with an electric stove (meh). No D/W or disposal, that's okay. the kitchen has 10 foot ceilings. the living room and bedroom have 15 foot ceilings. The window height in these rooms (for miniblind sizing-included) is 108". Other nice features of this senior community include all utilities but electric, laundry, trash and mail In the building! Best of all, it doesn't smell like pee. and there are TWO pianos in the community room. if you or any good friend is nearing double nickels & is tired of living in town, give Laurie a call. VERY REASONABLE RENT! lost a star for somewhat pissy parking.
