I’ve got to say, I’m pretty concerned about the level of care she’s been gettin’ during the nightshift over at Aspen Assisted Living. Her well-being just ain't what it ought to be, bless her heart. I've noticed she's been more tired and restless, complainin' about the loud noise from laughin' and folks bein' rude, talkin' on their phones, and the lack of attention at night. It's worryin' me somethin' fierce, and I reckon it needs addressin' fast. I understand y’all might be busy, but it just feels like the staff ain't as attentive as they oughta be. She’s been left waitin’ too long when she needs somethin', and it seems like there’s not enough folks around to check on her regularly. This whole situation has been keepin' me up at night, worryin' about her well-bein' and whether she's gettin' the care she truly deserves. It's a heavy weight on my mind, knowin' she ain't comfortable or properly looked after. I can't help but feel uneasy, and I'm hopin' for some changes soon so I can have a little peace of mind. Her health seems to be sufferin' because of this, and she's been lookin' more worn out than usual. She's even mentioned feelin' anxious and unsettled at night, which ain't doin' her any good. If things don't change soon, I'm afraid it might take a toll on her overall well-being. I just wish she was gettin' a bit more care and compassion, especially at night when things can be a little scarier for her. I hope y’all can take this to heart and make some changes."

I feel the caregivers do a good job to keep all of the residents taken care of. I feel that the residents are happy here. I do the activities, and I like to make sure that their day is filled with fun things to do. We take passion with what we do. It takes a team effort to make it work.

I work here as Human Resources and I absolutely love it. I've worked at two other facilities during my career in this field and this is by far the best place to work. It is a family oriented environment and it's got great energy. We do so much for our staff and our residents and I've never worked anywhere that goes above and beyond like everyone here at Aspen. Carmin Harris, our Administrator is beyond fabulous and dedicated to the employees and residents here, as well. A fantastic boss to have. It is unfortunate that those that have been termed from Aspen due to not fitting our family oriented style here feel necessary to leave poor reviews… but luckily we believe in giving top tier care and enjoying every minute of our day together, that we weed out those that don't align with those morals.

Being a home care, nurse, and visiting awveral facilities, I have to say, this is one of my favorite. The residents get fantastic care, the girls are very interactive with the residents and helpful with everything we do. they are very attentive, all the residents seem very happy.

Moving my mom into Aspen Senior Living was the best decision I could have made. The staff welcomed us warmly, making the transition easy and stress-free. The range of activities is fantastic, and my mom, who used to be reserved, now enjoys exercise classes, art workshops, and social events. The beautifully maintained facilities and delicious meals add to the community's charm. Seeing my mom so happy and engaged gives me great peace of mind. Aspen Senior Living has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a vibrant, caring senior living community.

Clearly a great community at Aspen Assisted Living! Brittany was very generous with her time in answering all of my questions and showing me how they operate. I would have no hesitations about placing my mother here, but sadly they do not accept Medicaid/MI Choice Waiver. The place felt very comfortable, clean, and the other family members visiting loved ones stopped me in the parking lot to praise the excellent care here.

I cant speak highly enough of Aspen Assisted Living Center. When my grandmother Norma was here last year she was treated like a queen. Pam especially, went above and beyond during her care... Honestly, theres no better place I could think of for assisted living. Aspen rocks!!
