First impressions upon considering renting. The place is a human beehive with the residents living in 400-500 sq ft cells. The courtyard, balcony level layout is a throwback to the HUD public housing concept of old i.e., the glory days of living in "the projects" are here again. The building is an architectual monstrosity, a utilitarian blocky structure that makes Soviet-era substandard housing look luxurious. Apartments come without a microwave "Buy your own". Two hundred units and four washers and dryers in the laundry room with coin operated machines on the first floor. I pity anyone who lives on the upper levels. And one of the two elevators has been "out of order" for two weeks and there's no indication that it will be restored to order soon. Thanks, but no thanks. I don't fancy living in a depressing senior ghetto.

I've lived here for 6 years. Things I like about the place are: the location is right next to stores and restaurants that I like. Wendy's, Panera, and Target are just across the street. I love my little apartment! It's small but cozy. I have not experienced the negative things that other residents have experienced. No bugs or rodents ever. Things I report to maintenance get resolved quickly. The management is understaffed and my rent was supposed to be recalculated n May and is still not done. But all in all I am content to livr here until a better place presents itself, but I'm not looking.

This is a great apartment building to live in if your not afraid of heights . very clean, smokers free. perfect for all the smoke free who don't like cigarette puffers
