Recently did a tour with the rental consultant Charlotte. We look at units in both building one and building two. Charlotte was very patient and helpful. Staff we ran into were actively working around the property , and very friendly & polite. Building two is the newer building and building one was the one that was first built. Both buildings were kept clean and well maintained. Building two the apartments are spacious with new kitchen, walk in closets, and spacious bathroom. Building one are only slightly dated, and the management are in the process of renovating all the apartments. We ran into some of the residents and everyone seemed happy and friendly. public bus or mobility shuttle can pick you up right in front of building one, which is very convenient. Competitive rent price. Application for each building is separate, which is great to know. Application process requirement requires your six month average statement. Which is a lot more compared to the other management apartments required. Since most other ones only require your current month statement. Convenient location, close to shopping, supermarket, and restaurant , but not really walkable, still need a car. And need to cross some busy roads. I live here! I love it here! Everything I need is within 5 miles! Nice apartments but nothing to do, no amenities to speak of except bingo/wee bowling or riding on the bus to select places on select days so even if you do not have transportation of your own, you will still be taken shopping. City bus comes to front door regularly all day. Only 4 washers and dryers for a four story building! Management and staff very nice. It is for people with limited means and I appreciate that!
