Ms. Childress and her assistant were amazing. All our questions were answered and some we hadn’t thought of. I wish my old brain remembered her assistant’s name because she deserves special thanks and a mention. She sat with us through the onerous application and was the soul of patience. She absolutely knew when to chat and when to let us struggle and when to intervene. She was just fabulous. And she had a super sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge about the area. The two of them really made us feel like we would be welcome and at home here.

The senior living community is very lovely. I can only imagine what the inside of the units looks like, l was expecting for someone from the management group to greet me. I introduced to myself the only two people whom was in the office, one was a resident. And to think of it, the manager never really introduced herself to me. The greeting I received from management was not what l had expect. I was in and out under 15 min. I was asked what's my income once l said what it is she says oh' well the income requirements are, given the amount. Then l was told we don't have any units available with balconies, the only one that available has no balcony, than she gave the amount for leasing the unit . I'm just confused So I asked, were they tax credit apartments? She's quoted there are no tax credit apartment everything is market price.I was confused especially when I read tax credit. And l know residents there are under tax credit.

I am new to Maryland and a friend told me about Marwood Apartments I went today and am glad I did Ms. Kelly was by far one of the kindest people she knew everything about the Apartments and answered all my questions. Some before I asked. The building is BEAUTIFUL. I pray that I can move in. Love it

After visiting some senior apartment communities I found Marwood to be a clear choice. Professional and knowledgeable staff a hair and nail salon. Balconies which is a must for me. Clean facility and adhering to COVID guidelines.

I have been living at Marwood Senior Apartments for 1 yearfrom day one I have been pleased with the staff here. They have been polite, accommodating, and professional to say the least. Ms. Kathie and Ms. Kierra have a gentle and loving spirit they are the best! They truly make me feel at home. Great place to live!

I can't say enough good things about Marwood Senior Apartments. Ms. Kathy Keiffler and staff are doing a fantastic job here at Marwood. They are the most pleasant and caring people. I have been stopped by the Manager and the Assistant on occasions to see if everything is ok. Problems are taken care of immediately. These apartments and surrounding areas are kept extremely clean. These apartments are better than any other apartments in PG County because they don't deviate from the rules. Love it!

I stayed in the guest suite for Christmas for 5 nights. I truly enjoyed my stay there. My sister-in-law Shirley lives in Marwood. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in town. Thanks office staff for providing a clean , quiet suite . Happy New Year

I enjoy my apartment. I wish it wasn't so close to Joint Base Andrews. Issues are addressed courteously and expeditiously. Staff is friendly. Property is peaceful, secure and well kept. I did have money $100 stolen from right under my nose by an outside inspector. And two items taken from my ledge outside my door, I'm thinking by visitors because each time it was near mother's day ... they needed gifts. All in all, I'm comfortable
