I have lived at Kentlands Manor for 4 years. My review is mixed: The apartment complex is clean and quite and staff is friendly. However, the building seems to be developing serious infrastructural issues, specifically regarding water plumbing and alarm system. In the latter half of 2025, our water was shut-off on at least 10 separate days, mostly whole days. During the same period, we have had at least 8 incidences when the fire alarm has gone off (with no cause) with screeching sound for hours during day, evening or night. Similar issues are continuing into 2026. I am not sure how much longer residents are going to tolerate this before taking further actions.

Hector Reyes is wonderful. He always greets us a good morning "Ola!" with a cheerful smile. He makes the extra effort to get things done no matter the time or day. He is always there to take care of things whenever he is needed. He is well loved and trusted by the residents here. I call Hector our Super Hero!

Tineka is an amazing activity director. Very upbeat, caring, and helpful in all situations. She builds community and strengths the backbone of the Kentlands manor. We are so lucky to have her a part of our community.

Activities Director Tineka Young has been more than a breath of fresh air in the time I have been a resident at Kentlands Manor senior living community. She is very knowledgeable about what she does, she does everything with a smile, exercising surprising patience in trying situations (situations I personally witnessed). Being conversant with the KM business model means she is able to answer questions even ones outside her area of responsibility. As a strictly professional assessment, it is no exaggeration to say she is a visible asset to the Kentlands Manor brand.
